stopped by on my way home from work... Loved the filling was totally spectacular but WAS expecting some sort of peel? I feel like for me burritos should always have a peel... PERSONALLY... DO NOT HAVE ANY HARD FEELINGS FOR THEIR FOOD.... LOVED IT!! EVEN THE KIDS LOVED IT! I guess for me I would feel a little more connected to the brand and its owners and its staff if the burrito came with the peel? I don't know , i'm just a peel kinda gal LOL!! I am an elite yelper after all! HAHA!!

I would have given it a 5 because the burrito was delicious and great customer service but they advertise beyond meat and I saw the worker use gardein beefless crumbles which is not the same in texture at all. I still loved it but they shouldn't advertise Beyond meat if that's not what they are using.

Ordered veggie burrito with guac and a carnita quesadila.They have very few toppings to offer and most of which were finished by lunch time, they didn't bother refilling it and simply skipped adding it!Staff was bit under trained and extremely slow, there were only 2 members managing this location and they were not able to manage the orders and the whole process took close to 25 mins.

I read the reviews and chose to ignore the negative ones. We stopped in on a Sunday evening at 7. We were the sole customers, there were no other orders at the time. The service was ridiculously slow. The clerk had to be reminded several times of our order, no fault, we were patient. It took more than half an hour to prep one burrito, one salad and three kids "quesadillas" . Once the order was ready, we were overcharged by $30, I had to go item by item through the order to ensure accuracy. Once we arrived back at our hotel, the food was gross. I ordered a chorizo burrito, everything was cold. My wife ordered a chicken salad bowl, the salad was drenched in dressing and the chicken was obviously days old, much of it was inedible. The shredded cheese in all three quesadillas had not even melted, it was still shredded when the kids ate it, we ended up microwaving them first. We ordered a side of chips and guacamole, the guacamole was great, the chips were stale and broken into tiny bite size pieces. We may have come on an off day, but I doubt it. Needless to say, we won't be returning the next time that we're in the city.Pros: Portion sizeCons: Quality, Freshness, Service, PriceA note to the owners, I see that in previous posts, you are going to want me to contact you directly to clear this up, but I don't know that you can really gain my trust back. If you order from here on Uber eats they will send you all the wrong food and then what do they care you are left to deal with Uber eats support while they already have your money. How convenient for them. Send the leftovers to Uber eats.
