Very long wait for regular chicken that honestly tastes like any standard rotisserie chicken. I was expecting something special given the hype, but it really wasn’t worth it. The poutine was also disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Overall, not worth the wait.

We went on a Sunday and the wait was decent around 20min. It’s a no frills place with a succinct menu of just 12 items to choose.
It was our first time in Montreal and they are known for their Portuguese style chicken places. The overall meal was filling, but lacked a certain punch. The chicken is fresh with the team constantly churning out fresh batches of chicken and ensuring everything is cut to order. Majority of the flavor lies within the gravy. The chicken and fries left us wanting a bit more.
The Pastel de nata is a must. It’s served cold, but the pastry is still crunch and the center is eternally sweet and creamy.

We ordered a No.8 small size poutine and 2 egg tarts for 2. It cost around $19.
It was good. I liked egg tarts.

Not sure what all the hype was about. Food was just okay and cold.
Ordered their chicken with fries and salad... Chicken was amazing...crispy skin and juicy inside with so much flavor...well seasoned and crispy fries...will definitely come back again....

We waited 1 hour in line a Tuesday evening.
Price wise, it's insanely great! We had a large poutine shared me and my boyfriend and the portion is huge enough to have us completely in food coma.
The poutine overall was very good, the Portuguese sausages in it slapped! And the meat was generous. Only thing to take note, is that since they undo the chicken right before building tue poutine, there will be bits of cartilage. It got me by surprised, some of my friends weren't fan of it.

Best poutine i've ever had, and i've had quite a lot!!!
Opted for the one with the Portuguese-style chicken and chorizo sausage as well. Soooo good. Very good priced for what you get.

We tried the Portuguese chicken and poutine here. The chicken itself was juicy and cooked well, but it was missing that bold peri peri flavor I was hoping for - it felt a little underwhelming. The poutine was generous, but honestly had way too many cheese curds, which threw off the balance with the gravy and fries. On top of that, the ladies working at the counter were pretty rude, which made the experience less enjoyable. The tables were dirty and not cleaned after previous customers. Overall the food was okay, but the service, cleanliness and details need improvement.

Takes forever to get dry chicken that used to be good. They stopped putting sauce on it. The chicken is tiny. The fries are unpleasant. The wait just isn't worth it. They're just coasting off of past reviews because they used to be really good.
