Beautiful large distillery-bar in the heart of the plateau! Very intriguing drinks, concise, efficient and delicious menu, beautiful design of the place... a bit confusing, but hey, we survive! I loved the “Gourmet Fries” and the “Toulouse Sausage on Aligot” YUMMY!!!Do it again on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday to try the chef’s table d’hôte!
The beers were pretty good and our service was attentive. Definitely a place to go if you were around. I was hoping to taste their in-house gin, but they had a production issue and it was unavailable.

An incredible place to have a good time. Incredible bistronomic food. Very good and affordable beer and cocktails. Chill and pleasant atmosphere. Smiling, kind and competent staff. Allow +- $100 but it's worth it (it varies depending on what you eat/drink)
