An incredible place to have a good time. Incredible bistronomic food. Very good and affordable beer and cocktails. Chill and pleasant atmosphere. Smiling, kind and competent staff. Allow +- $100 but it's worth it (it varies depending on what you eat/drink)

Beautiful large distillery-bar in the heart of the plateau! Very intriguing drinks, concise, efficient and delicious menu, beautiful design of the place... a bit confusing, but hey, we survive! I loved the “Gourmet Fries” and the “Toulouse Sausage on Aligot” YUMMY!!!Do it again on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday to try the chef’s table d’hôte!

The decor is very beautiful and modern. It's really chic but not too pretentious. The beers are okay. The cider was good. My friend ordered the beef tab following the waitress's recommendation and was a little disappointed (plate too small for the price). The smash burger was good but not the best I've eaten. In short, a decent experience.

Good atmosphere, excellent cocktails (with homemade aromas and juices) and superb beers brewed on site with love (well balanced, increasingly a rarity in microbreweries!The food is also delicious - everything is made on site, even the bread. The gourmet fries are absolutely worth sharing.Weekend brunches are a nice surprise.
