So happy this restaurant shut down current owner ran it down to the ground . Once their lunch menu was top of this world but lunch was soon taken off the menu . Went A few times but service was horrible horrendous hideous so happy it

They only opened because a show was on and there was a killing to be made from the crowd looking for a place to eat and drink before the show.The wait was long and the seating was cramped. They offered a modified menu. My wife paid 8$ for what tasted exactly like a 7up (virgin mojito) because their mixed drinks just said "ask your sever" and anything off their online menu they didn't have. They only had Labat Blue, Coors, or some other similar beer to drink. Their calamari came with marinara (???) and while their wings were not bad, neither of them were worth the price they charged. We didn't order mains because of how long it took for our waiter to get to us any time, despite the fact that the waiter was very happy to take shots with other tables and make much ado about pouring wine, etc.Waited forever for the waiter to get to us, never got the water we asked for, and took 20m to bring us our bill.I understand the business incentive and the general reviews reflect the oscillating approach to clientele depending on if there's an event at the Bell Center or not, but it was frankly unpleasant to be ignored, bumped into, and gouged. Given the same circumstances I would go to McDonalds.

Not much to say, really. I expected better, but the service, food, and atmosphere were just okay.As we were being seated, the hostess mentioned a weird rule of us not being allowed to stay long because of the concert happening that night. It really put us off and made us feel unwelcomed. We finished our food and drinks, asked for the bill, and went somewhere else.I really wouldn't recommend.

Feels like they rely on being close to the hockey arena. It started with the cocktail menu or lack of one. The menu said to ask for a cocktail I found one on their website they couldn’t make it, I asked about a second and they said the same thing. Then we ordered two appetizers to be out quickly to attend a concert before our last few bites we asked for the bill it took 25 minutes to bring the bill to us. Terrible service! The food was uninspired and bland. The business relies on being next door to the bell centre if it were anywhere else it would of shut down long ago.

I made reservations at this restaurant a month ahead of time because it is across from the Bell Centre, the restaurant decided to cancel my reservation without any explanation. I called the restaurant to ask why they had done this and they said they don't take reservations when there is a show, I explained that I had booked well ahead of time. The person who answered said she was the owner and didn't care, I was welcome to go elsewhere. Terrible customer service especially if the person who answered is really the owner!! Stay away from the place if you plan on going to a show!!

By far the worst dining experience I have encountered. I would give this restaurant no stars if I could. We had a reservation for 3 at 5:30 as we were attending the trilogy at the Bell center at 7. Our friend arrived on time and the hostess refused to seat her as the rest of the party had not yet arrived. She then informs her that we're on our way and would be there shortly, but she still refuses to seat her. We finally arrive at 5:45 to be told by a frustrated and obnoxious hostess that she had given away our table and we now had to wait. While we were waiting, she has seated at least 15 tables of 4 and we were still waiting. On multiple occasions, we went to speak to the hostess and an older couple which we assume were the owners. They were all very agitated and dismissive and kept repeating "we will seat you when a table of 3 is available". We were confused...A 3 or 4 are seated at the same table, right?? Unless they have triangle tables at this establishment lol. At this point we were furious! It is clear that they were purposely making us wait to annoy us and we cannot believe how we've been treated. They lack professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I approached the older woman once again and asked her what was taking so long. She looks at me and proceeded to yell that she gets s*** from mty and the building owner. She's 70 years old and doesn't need this s*** and continued to mumble to herserf like a lunatic. I could not believe my ears!! I was apalled by her behaviour. This woman should be retired and not dealing with the public. She clearly cannot manage her stress and does not know how to run a restaurant. One hour later, we were finally seated. No one ever came to speak to us or to apologize. Horrible service!!! I do not recommend at all!!!

I had dinner at your establishment prior to a concert. I was alone and sat at the bar. I was told when I arrived that I would have 1 hour to have a drink and meal. Once that hour was up, the waitress at the bar asked of I'd like anything else. When I said my hour was up, she and her colleague said not to rush, and served me another drink. The staff was kind, friendly, and engaging. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for a pre-show. I highly recommend going to this location. Thank you for making this night memorable

We were a group of 8 and included a celiac friend so had researched the menu, We were very disappointed to see that the menu was much smaller than normal as there was an event at Bell Centre. Many of the items we wanted were not on the small menu.We were rushed to order and told our reservation would expire at 615. Most of our guests were served promptly. 3 of us finally received our food as the others were finishing their meals. Our burgers were beyond overdone and the patties were very dry and the fries were cold. The burgers arrived at 613 so good thing they didn’t make us give up the table.

We arrived at the time of our reservation however the hostess would not seat us until the 4th person in our group arrived. She even said we need to all be there on time or risk losing the reservation. The three of us who were there were ready to start ordering. We did ask to wait at the bar but we were told we could stand only even though nobody was seated at the bar at that time. The bartender did allow us to sit and order drinks. 5 mins later when the 4th person in our party arrived we went back to see the hostess who showed us to our table in the bar even though the reservation specified not to be seated in the bar. The food was meh but the waitress was excellent. 5 stars for the waitress and bartender only!

I ordered the New York strip loin and the fillet mignon. Both were very good. A little pricey from my experience here in Montreal but everything is expensive now. Service was excellent.

Food was good although first plate came out cold and was sent back.Server was very excellent and did a great job.Atmosphere. Restaurant was nice, however the minute we walked in we were told we had an hour and a half to eat. (Already knew this by making reservations online). Felt like the floor managers were hovering over people trying to get the tables cleared the second they left. We felt very rushed. We would recommend this restaurant for location, food and ambience but not if you want a nice casual dining experience. We ordered drinks, dinner and dessert but felt rushed the whole time.

Well-organized restaurant, great staff. The decor is a bit dated and the food was absolutely sub-par. Paying $31 for a small, dry and slightly burnt rack of ribs with no sides is highly disapointing. I ordered a classic baked potatoe and it was also burnt and barely had garnish… We will not be coming back.

5 stars, great meal, even better service. Came in before the Habs home opener, place was completely packed and we had our food within 15 mins. 1065 burger was excellent.
