The most beautiful furniture and decoration store in Montreal. Beautiful selection of Perez sofas and armchairs (in the style of Roche Bobois, but made in Quebec) in addition to exclusive versions created by Lysanne Pépin. There are also lamps and lighting, Montreal Linen Club bedding, tables and kitchen items from Quebec designers and artists. Located a few steps from several other decoration stores like Nuspace, Triede, Avant-Scène, Boutique Édition… perfect for an afternoon of shopping for home items.

However, it is clear that this is not the case for Maison Pépin.Opening hours not respected without notifying customers (twice)Online item order indicated in stock and they cancel the order because they do not have them (2 times)Errors in the order sent (2 times).In short, their slogan should be: with Maison Pépin you will have glitches!

I never usually post comments but I thought it was important to warn you. We bought a light fixture and were sent a low price IKEA kit with it. The kit was destroyed very easily while we were installing the primer. The customer service is terrible, the manager spoke to me in a disrespectful manner.I should have been wary because from the moment of purchase I did not feel it was very professional (change in delivery rate within 5 minutes, etc.).In short, I don't recommend this store despite the beautiful pieces you can find there.

Make Terrebonne-Montreal and the store is closed even though nothing mentions it.
Wow waw waw. I loved this store, there are only beautiful pieces and beautiful furniture. A delight. The decorations they do are just great and up to date. Really nice. I will go back there. As a bonus there is a small pastry shop in the back with a bench and table for eating. I didn't taste the pastry but they looked good.

I’m not one to write a poor review but I truly feel there’s an issue and it needs some attention. I have ordered 12k worth of couches- paid in full- and it has been almost 9 months and still no couches. I call and leave msgs with staff, but management or ownership does not return them. When I do finally reach someone I am given an excuse and “we will follow up” and then there is no communication until I try again. I’m disappointed because I love this store but this will be the last time I purchase there.
