Everytime I order off ubereats, the order is wrong. The first times Ubereats pays you back, but after a couple of times they stop as they believe you are trying to get it for free. Today I ordered the « bûcheronne », and received the Truffle Party… Very deceiving

The smoothie cup was smeared with the smoothie itself and I had to wipe it down, the two girls who were serving as the cashier and the waitresses were not paying attention at all and they were talking amongst themselves, and worst of all, they forgot to give me my order. I was stuck there for 20 minutes waiting on a smoothie until I got suspicious about how long it was taking. I had to ask about the smoothie and only then did they realize the smoothie was sitting right on the counter. They did not apologize and they did not seem concerned with how poor the service was. The smoothie was okay, but it was such a small amount that I was shocked at how much it cost. The cup does not even reach that of a regular soda cup, it’s barely a medium. And they charged over 16$ after tax for it.

While preparing salads with gloves on, a lady used one of her hands to rub her nose. She then proceeded to continue preparing salads, which involved putting the hand she rubbed her nose with into the salad and ingredient containers. What is the point of wearing gloves?

Been going here for years, and I have complaint about the level of the (not so great) music that, according to the staff it is now remotely controlled by head office, and it cannot possibly be adjusted under any circumstances in the restaurant. Completely changes the experience. If anyone has any insight into why sound cannot be adjusted in a restaurant at any time , please let me know! Mandy’s seems to have a remote control for all of its restaurants from some central point apparently and no one can It. This is what they said!

Ordered through delivery and there’s barely a scoop of salad in here. Super disappointed in this place, I used to never have problems years ago. But now everytime I order there’s always a problem. Whether is dry salad, stale veggies and now today I half HALF a bowl of a 20$ salad I paid for. Terrible.
Every time I order a salad here I feel kind of sick after - the quality and taste have gone down.

Im giving one star because of the girl that gave me my ice matcha, i asked her how come the size of the cup is smaller than the Mandy's in Atwater and she looked at me with an attitude telling me “but we dont have it here” ok!! But what is the attitude for? Im expecting a nice and clear explanation for the question i asked but instead i got an attitude. I wish she could’ve be better in how to behave with a client!

What has happened to Mandy's? It used to be such a treat for me. I ordered the Tokyo drift salad after being told that there were no pomegranates left for the Endless Summer and no Mangos left for the satay salad. It was bland and the shrimps were so salty and not very tasty. I was very disappointed. Also, their delivery orders are not as good. It's as if the employees don't care about deliveries and make less of an effort. The service as usual is very cordial and the atmosphere is nice.
