I called to reserve a table for 12 people for a Sunday brunch and when we arrived on Sunday, the bistro was closed for brunch. Absolutely nobody called me to cancel the reservation the day before as they said they did. So unprofessional. You’ve just lost a bunch of clients.

I used to enjoy stopping by Richmond for coffee or a quick bite, but my last visit was disappointing. I ordered a lunch combo to go — the screen initially showed $14, but the cashier updated it to $23, explaining that the poultry portion was larger. I wasn’t informed about the price difference when ordering, and the portion didn’t seem noticeably bigger. Transparency is important, and this experience has made me reconsider returning.

Great tasting vegetarian options, nice ambiance and cozy environment

Early dinner on a weeknight, so kitchen not busy. Food came out cold and was mediocre. Steak had to be reheated and was charred as a result. Puttanesca with mussels and not anchovies? Really??

Service was excellent - no complaints there.

The service is incredibly slow and disorganized at lunch time. Always 2 or 3 people making orders at the same time and no one seems to pay attention to the line up. It’s not clear where the line up has to start and the staff seem confused all the time.

Place really wasn't busy which made it more odd that we waited a long while for our food. Pizzas were just ok - nothing remarkable.

The Latino guy who served me the other time was very kind, pretty and friendly with me, they should raise his salary for such excellent service, his name is Santiago (I think).

I don’t think i’ve ever made a review but this was the worst dining experience i’ve ever had. Came from toronto w a party of 6 food took over an hour to serve w 2 other parties in the restaurant. All other guests who came later were served before us, ceaser salad had no flavour or sauce and steak was under cooked w a portion no bigger than a small hand on top the fries were soggy. Worst dining experience i’ve ever had and i’ve been to some places. I cannot stress how terrible everything was.

Le Richmond was, unfortunately, a major disappointment.

Despite the restaurant being barely 30% full, the service was painfully slow—it took over an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally did, the portions were shockingly small, and the flavor was, at best, mediocre. Given the prices and the setting, the quality fell far short of expectations.

While the staff were polite, they were not attentive. I ordered a second drink that simply never arrived, and no one followed up. On top of that, several items listed on the menu were not available, which only added to the frustration.

This place might rely on its looks, but beyond the decor, there’s little substance. Definitely not worth the time or the money.

Unreliable !!

Stylish and spacious place to stop by for a coffee, breakfast or dessert. Food is good, huge portion; atmosphere was super relaxing. Nice natural sunlight almost every corner. The store sells nice range of imported produce and kitchenware. Found some nice crystal glasses and hand made kitchen accessories.

I visited your store this Thursday morning for a coffee and some sandwiches, and I just wanted to say how lovely the experience was. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming perfect for starting the day. The music was relaxing and just the right volume and the space had such a cozy, peaceful vibe.
Also the girl who was in the cash and made my coffee was so kind, warm and respectful. Her smile and gentle attitude really made my morning better. It's rare to find places that feel this friendly and genuine.
I'll definetely be coming back !
