If you want 2-3 meals worth of food for the price of one, go here. I first tried this place in fall 2020, and it was also my first time trying Haitian food. I've been back a dozen times since then. I usually order the lambi, which comes with a mountain of riz collé, fried plantains, pasta salad and pikliz (like all the other food). It's so flavorful and extremely worth it. It's best to go before the dinner rush when there's a fresh batch of food (depends on what you order).
The restaurant is tiny, but the atmosphere is warm and the food is really delicious for the price I am paying. I always buy the steak with the rice and salad and it doesn't cost me more than $ 13 a plate and I find it very affordable considering I eat steak. Elsewhere the steak is very expensive. If you love food especially Haitian food marché méli mélo is the place to go. The food was amazing and they give you good portions for a fair price. The staff was polite and very helpful. Answered any questions I had. I highly recommend everyone to go.
