Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s.
We are currently on vacation and went for breakfast with my family and my sister-in-law’s family. When we tried to order several Happy Meals and kindly asked for some clarification so the children could better understand, the man at the counter responded in a very rude and aggressive manner.
We were quite surprised, as we always choose McDonald’s as a kid-friendly option when we travel. Sadly, this time was the opposite. Hopefully, action will be taken—this is not what we expect from a place like this.

Surprisingly, this is my favourite McDonald's location. I've eaten here 3 times over the last few months and every time, all the food was fresh and steaming hot, the service was quick and friendly and no mistakes in any of the orders, best McDonald's experiences in a long time!

This greedy corporate did NOT want to cooperate with me over the phone for my order, refusing to reimburse my meal that I paid for and didn't even receive. So disappointed.

I ordered a Diet Coke and it came without ice. I ordered a Ranch Chicken Wrap and it came without ranch dressing but plain mayo instead. Disgusting. The manager needs to do better.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I clearly ordered a chicken sandwich with poutine, and the employee gave me meat and bacon, which I don’t eat. She clearly didn’t understand English or French and just kept saying “okay” and kept SMILING while getting everything wrong. I believe her name was “NILLO…” or “NILOO…” whatever.
When I returned the food, she pretended not to hear me and, unbelievably, just stood there giving a FAKE SMILE instead of fixing the issue. I didn’t know SMILING could be this irritating.

Very bad experience with an unprofessional manager who refuses to change my fries which is disgusting even though I ask that I face it at the same time as I take my sandwich and she tells me no for the myo we didn't convenient this time I threw away my 🍟 so as not to get sick it wasn't fresh

I don't complain about the service or what they gave me but on Saturday I ordered an ice cream and a hamburger without cheese, they gave me both but with the difference that the hamburger only had meat, onion and the bread I don't complain because I still eat it but If I had used lettuce and tomato everything would be 5

This morning i came in a bit early knowing that I wanted to have breakfast from here before working. Before making this decision I checked online and it’s says that it’s open a 7 am so I placed an order around 7h25 am through the app(also allowed me to). When I came to the counter there was already someone working and instead of making an exemption and making my order she just said that they weren’t still open. That they open a 8 am. I said okay and then I realised i have to be reimbursed for the meal I paid through the app. I came back and ask for my return and she said that I have to do it online that she can’t, I check the app and i didn’t find a way to get my money back. I checked online and it clearly states “If you experienced an issue with Mobile Order & Pay (excluding delivery) or are requesting a refund, please return to or contact the restaurant at which you made your purchase.”
It’s too early in the morning to get this kinda of customer service. Very disappointed!
