Fast service and great cheesecakes. They are a tad bit more expensive than I would have hoped but they are so fluffy and heavenly to eat. Especially with berries and pistachios as toppings. My go to when I am nearby. I always bring one home when I pass this place.

I had Uncle T. last week and found it way both too sweet and too salty. This, on the other hand, hits the spot. It is perfect. If you know German Käsekuchen--the original inspiration for Japanese-style cheesecake--and soufflé, then this is the perfect meeting of the two. While they are not cheap, they are worthwhile. (I had a plain cheesecake).
