The store itself is quiet and clean, with a calm and comfortable vibe and nice ambiance. However, some items are considered a little overpriced; one bubble tea with taxes and tip came to almost $12. Specific meals mentioned include Taro Ball #3, which was really delicious with perfectly chewy taro balls and great texture. The strawberry and mango shaved ice had a good taste initially, but towards the middle there is a taste of syrup that is extremely sweet. The Gemini milk shaved ice is sweet but not too sweet, though some felt it was mostly just like eating ice once the fruits were over. The mango shaved ice had mangoes that were very soft, liked canned mangoes. The restaurant has a lot of seating inside.
