This was one of the best restaurants I have ever been to in Montreal. It makes complete sense why it was one of the top restaurants in Canada (#17). We went to Monarque on recommendation from a bartender at another Montreal restaurant. It’s a gorgeous twinkling restaurant with delicious food and drinks. Lots of typical French stuff on menu.
