5 stars for the simple sandwich with capacollo and all the toppings. The bread is superb and everything tastes so fresh. Go for lunch, and don’t let the aesthetic underwhelm you. It’s a great sandwich.

I was thinking about going to Subways but decided to give Mono a try and it was probably the best decision I made all week. Sandwiches a bit on the pricey side, but worth every nickel. I got the Godfather, it was stacked high with protein, everything tasted fresh and light, and they also toasted the bread which was perfect and a nice touch. Would definitely pass by again.

I honestly don’t know what happened to Mon sandwich. I bought Off the Boat & Hero Sandwiches, but the quality has completely fallen off a cliff. I used to enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, what I got this time was an embarrassment compared to what they used to serve.
The sandwiches are tiny, low-quality, and slapped together with no care whatsoever. The bread was stale and dry, the fillings tasted cheap and processed, and the portion was so small that I left still hungry. For the price they charge, it’s a complete rip-off.
What’s even worse is knowing that this place used to be much better. They had good bread, fresh ingredients, and sandwiches that felt worth the money. Now it seems like they’ve cut every corner possible—less meat, less flavor, and way less effort.
If you’ve never been, don’t waste your time or money. And if you used to be a fan like me, prepare to be disappointed. There are way too many better options around to settle for what they’re serving now.
Verdict: Avoid this place. It’s not what it used to be, and it’s absolutely not worth it anymore.

We ordered Super Bowl, god father and beef shoulder. Overall it’s 10/10 experience, the front desk lady is so friendly. I prefer beef shoulder sandwich which has a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness.

We tried the chicken cutlet sandwhich with a side of fries and pesto truffle sauce. The food is delicious and we were very impressed by the fries.
The inside is very dark and gloomy. It doesn’t feel very inviting but the staff is friendly.

Unlike the UK, Canada doesn't seem to have a good selection of readymade sandwiches in their supermarkets. No problem though, just visit Mono instead!
These are great. One is enough, my gf only managed to eat ½ of hers. Tasty!
