Chicken poutine is so good....
I ordered the chicken peri peri bowl and it all cartilage and fat it was disgusting I had to throw it out. Perhaps their frango is better
In a city full of chicken joints, this place is a great quick and affordable option. The service is always good, the food is delicious, and the price is right for a quick meal. I like their chicken a lot more than other places that charge a lot more so this is a beloved neighborhood spot.

recently tried Monteiro and honestly it did not disappoint. I had the Tex-Mex bowl and a poutine, and both were absolutely amazing. Everything tasted fresh and well made, and the flavors were on point.
What really stood out were the sauces they were next level and brought everything together perfectly. You can tell they actually put effort into the food here.
Definitely coming back and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something really good to eat.
