$5 for a 3x3 inch margherita pizza slice should be a crime
Ridiculous ! Half a slice of pizza $5 I was stunned when I saw the price! đđđ

This place is extremely hit or miss. The food quality and delivery time is so inconsistent that sometimes the regular margherita pizza tastes fresh and delicious, and sometimes it's crazy undercooked, or tastes weird like it's been sitting out for days and the cheese turned bad. Sometimes the delivery is fine but I've ordered here many times and they've taken more than 3h to deliver on uber eats several times (not because of the drivers or the app, they just stay on "preparing your food" for hours as if they completely forgot about the order). The calzones and arancini are not good. The "tiramisu" is very small and expensive for what it is considering it's also not very good. If you feel like taking a gamble and are ready to wait 3 hours for cold pizza that may or may not be fresh then this place is fine I guess. Don't get baited by their buy one get one free deals...

**Horrible Experience - Never Ordering Again!**
If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a pizza from this place, and it was an absolute disaster. The pizza tasted like cardboard, with a single piece of cheese that was clearly old and not fresh. To make things worse, it took **2 hours and 30 minutes** to arrive. We were so hungry that we placed an order from another pizzeria while waiting, and guess what? We received and finished eating the other order before this one even showed up.
As for the dessert, it was revolting. The cream had separated, and it looked grossâcompletely inedible. Whoever thought it was okay to serve that should be ashamed. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Save your time, money, and appetiteâgo somewhere else!

Absolute waste of time of an establishment. Food is old and mediocre at best and takes forever to be prepared. The tiramisu is so old that the mascarpone cream had split and the dessert was sitting in a pool of its own juice. Quite frankly that's disgusting.
I placed an order for delivery in the afternoon and the ETA kept getting pushed back until we ended up waiting 2h30 for a few squares of pizza. For an establishment whose entire concept is that the food is ready made and reheated upon order, this wait time is both atrocious and unacceptable. Why must I wait 2h30 for cold pizza that has been sitting there for who knows how long?
The establishment also refused to cancel the order knowing that it could not be completed within any definition of a reasonable time frame. Was it to push the customer to the limits of their patience so that they cancel the order and pay the cancellation fees for an order they will not receive? Shameful.
Lesson has been learned. Will not be visiting or ordering from this place again.

Disgusting service, owner is not understanding especially when the pizza was not cooked. Literally had to throw my whole order in the garbage. She wouldnât care less, and didnât do anything about it. Not supporting these kind of businesses that donât care about their customer.

I am simply insulted by what I received. I bought an order in To Good To Go for which I paid $9.45 and I bet I laughed when I saw the mini mini box with 4 small pieces of cheap pizza. I refrain from not sacred here. Grrrrr
I'll never get caught with them again. It's laughing at people giving this away for $9.45
Plus, there's nothing on the pieces, it's just dough.

I don't know what shocks me the most...
the welcome given to me? I arrive for a too good to go, the lady asks me 5 times in a row "which formula you have chosen" in front of my dismay (first time I have ordered here, whether there are several formulas I have no idea !) I show her the screen of my phone, she doesn't even look at it, I don't feel like a child who is being lectured because I didn't announce the formula correctly.
The TGTG itself? 4 pieces of âpizzaâ I suggest to the owner a trip to Italy for a good definition of what a pizza is⊠and the generosity that goes with it (itâs too much to ask).
in this case it is not 4 pieces of dough with ingredients reduced to the strict minimum (one piece is even only garnished with tomato sauce).
In short, go your way

The pizzas are good but our order arrived after 1h30, not heated even though I had asked for it to be and the desserts had been forgotten. After so much waiting it's really average.
Order too good to go...A SCAM!...small 8inx8in box, 4 mini pieces that would be worth $24...it's a joke, it's not worth that, not even the $10 of the supposedly great tgtg deal...avoid

Rude french lady with attitude, who acts like she doesn't understand English - A good type of service that people should get after paying for their food here.
For TGTG-Montrealers : This is what you get for 24$ value order with TGTG

Crazy talk, if you're looking for a piece of bread for $5, it's here! The portions are small, itâs more focaccia than pizza, 0 toppings on it! And really not good and itâs expensive for nothing too bad..

I made a too good to go order to try this restaurant. I ordered a âdeluxeâ box with âelaborateâ pizza pieces. Here is what I received. This is bullshit.
In short, I won't come back again.

Pizza: tastes good but sooo tiny slices, just make them the authentic size even if the slice has to cost $2 more.. itâs like a baby slice.
