Food was cold, plates were tiny, place was packed lol.... not my best experience if i have to be honest.
Very disorganized and rude staff. Let people cut the line and ignore the complaints. Heily at front desk and didn't care about she was told to leave a bad review about the lounge. The worst part is she told me it's ok go ahead. I don't think she cares about her job. I am sure there are many people are better quality and well trained can take over this person. Here is the review this lounge deserves. ONE PEREON COULD EASILY RUIN A BIG BANK REPUTATION.

Wonderful space and services!! Worth every penny before a long haul flight. Will go again.
This place turned from bad to worse. It's been more than 10 years we go there but the food became really disgusting. Very few choices and ready bad. I'm thinking about downgrading my credit card since it's pointless to go there.

Accessible via LoungeKey. Food and service are good enough. If you arrive between 10:30 to 11:00 or so, there will be a switch from breakfast food to lunch food so you'll have to wait for the switch to be done to get food
Very crowded.
This lounge is getting worse and worse. Lounge closing at 10pm, yet when we arrived at 8pm, the buffet was empty, no food. Coffee machine ran out of milk. Utensils were dirty. Fridge is humid.

It's a very very basic lounge, it was very busy for a Thursday afternoon. There is very little food available and there are no bathrooms. I'm disappointed that this is the only Amex lounge available for card holders.
Too long of a waiting time
I always love stopping by this lounge before departure! The food selection is excellent, and the amenities are always clean and well maintained. A special shoutout to Christal for making our experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond, preparing delicious mocktails and taking great care of us throughout our visit.

The quality of the food requires improvement. Additionally, the men's restroom is not clean, and several fixtures are in disrepair. Numerous enhancements are recommended for this lounge.
