Very unpleasant staff.

This will systematically be a waiting list, “Dragon pass” holders (Mastercard, Revolut, etc.) don’t even hope to get in because they will put you on a waiting list.
They will call you 20 minutes before your boarding.
The dragon passes are only there to fill the gaps, don't waste your time hoping to enter them.
In other words, you only come in if you are rich, or if there is no one around, like 10 a.m. or around closing.
The AirFrance lounge is much better, don't waste your time and money!!

UPDATE 2024: the girl at the reception outside the salon made a person pass in front of us who did not hold the world elite MC card, but who had dragon pass in front of us, she called the reception of the salon to let her pass in front of everyone (December 15, 2024 at 6:45 am). 2022: Toilet with no sink (broken) and last cleaning 5 hours ago. No good food. No pastries, just 2-3 hot dishes, alcohol service is now done by an employee who is in a hurry because she has to take care of undoing the racks of glasses, so we are served sparkling wine in hot glasses to water. No water available. Almost no fruit. Don't pay to go there. It was very good in the old living room. It looks like a school cafeteria now.

A perfect afternoon at the Banque Nationale lounge at YUL. Thanks to Luis and Johnny for impeccable and attentive service, which makes the experience even more special. Calm atmosphere and most pleasant festive decor before taking off.

This was a really nice spot to relax at the airport while waiting for my flight. The buffet offered a wide variety of food, snacks, and an open bar with plenty of drink options all for free. I especially appreciated being able to bring two additional guests with my Priority Pass. Overall, a great experience for unwinding before takeoff!

To access the National Bank Lounge at Montreal-Trudeau airport during your travels, you must be a customer. It allowed me to benefit from an environment conducive to work and to relax while waiting for my international departure.

I accessed it free of charge as a holder of the BNC World Elite Mastercard. Access is chargeable for customers who do not have the Wotld Elite but with a 25% discount on current rates. The number of visits per year is unlimited, which suits me as a business traveler.

I enjoyed a wide choice of hot and cold drinks as well as wine, beer and spirits in addition to an all-you-can-eat buffet of hot dishes, salads and desserts. Favorite for the Apérol Spritz cocktail.

It gives me access to free wifi but also to a series of digital newspapers and magazines with pressreader.

We have the RBC Black Card with Privileged Lounge access. However, when we arrived at the airport at 5 o’clock in the morning, we were told the lounge was full and that we would need to wait. Since our boarding time was at 7 o’clock, it was impossible for us to get in. We have been to the lounge before, and while the environment and food are okay, the main issue is that access is not easy. They are quick to inform you that it is at full capacity.

Full lounge, so we are refused access. Like the dozens of people present at the entrance, we are asked to go elsewhere and to register on a waiting list because the crowd is blocking the entrance. About twenty minutes later, we received a message that we could go there.
