The food and drinks are a little expensive but their quality and the atmosphere of the restaurant tip the scales! Really great quiet cafe. They also have lots of equipment for making and drinking tea, and a lot of it is handmade 手作り!

Been here couple of times as their matcha latte is extraordinary! Creamy, tasty and in great portion. Their hojicha lava cake need to wait 15 minutes for it but it's worth the wait.
Not only matcha, they have another menu with great variety of teas. Definitely a nice place for tea lovers. They also sell a lot of different tea leaves from different area and a lot of tea pots and tea cups in different designs.
Vegetarian options: The matcha soft serve is vegan.

Love this place!! I go there very often! The parfait with vegan ice cream without brownies is my favourite (the brownies aren’t vegan). The mochi are also really good, as well as the matcha latte. Other than the matcha, my favourite teas are the genmaicha yame and pumpkin and chai black tea.
I had a takeout iced matcha yuzu and it was so weak I did not taste the tea at all. It just tasted like watered down yuzu marmalade with a slight green taste. Felt very ripped off considering the price.

I came for Japan week tasting menu and was essentially told they didn’t have one (this was after it was advertised as such by a food influencer). I was hesitating on what to do and get given it was not the experience I was expecting.. so when the staff told me there was a new special I thought ok, maybe this could work… staff was adamant though that the ice cream service would end at 5:30.. and I was like ok… but when I finally came to order, she told me it was already closed (even though it wasn’t 5:30 yet. I felt like that was really rude and uncalled for. I already started on a minus in terms of experience, this just made me feel like as a customer we don’t matter. I honestly didn’t want to support and ended up leaving. Having been here before I expected a lot more. This was really disappointing, I’ll probably not come back if this is how they treat customers.

Magnificent matcha bar and shop! One of the most beautiful in Montreal in my opinion. There are plenty of teapots, cups and dishes, as well as an endless number of teas. The staff is very pleasant and the matcha is delicious!

It was my first time here and I had high expectations as I read positive reviews. Their matcha is good. But I was disappointed with their Taiyaki waffle as it seems like it was heat up from the microwave.
Service was not their forte on this day. We had to constantly call the waitress to come to our table.
I may or may not give it a try again.
