Everything was wonderful. The warm ambiance and diverse menu were so impressive. Each dish was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The staff were very attentive and provided great service. A special place that I’ll be telling everyone about very soon!
Cake Was Smaller And More Expensive Than Expected But Tasted Good And They Followed The Instructions Regarding The Design I Loved It.
Don’t go here to get coffee. Even if you order large size (like me). They will give you a tiny portion. lol. I’d rather go to Tim hortons
Great cake selection, ordered here multiple times now
The girl at the cash automatically gave herself a tip before handing me the machine , dont waste your money and go two streets down to another bakery
I bought cones and a cake there it was extremely small and overpriced i won’t go there ever again horrible service
I was very disappointed in what i received I’ll never ever purchase anything from that pastry again it’s not even close from my house. I just heard it was good and I give it a shot and I was very disappointed. I paid for a birthday cake half vanilla half red velvet and but they didn’t even put the red velvet in it i paid $60 for that
Best baguette in Montreal! Homemade products are so delicious and earthy and you just know it's made with love!
I am extremely disappointed. I preordered a cake that was supposed to be for 5 people, but it was ridiculously small, barely enough for 2, maybe 3 at best.
I used to come here very often when I was younger and would still buy cakes from them growing up. This was 30$ and for the same price I could have gotten something bigger from their ready-made ones that are honestly kind of the same effort. Sadly I could not get a refund and could not even exchange even if I tried as they did not have any good ready-made cakes I could use instead.
This experience was a total letdown. I expected much better from a place that claims to sell quality desserts.
As you can see in the picture it was definitely not the same quality as the picture on the website. I know the cake moved in the box, that’s not the point.
If you’re going to advertise cakes as serving 5 people, please be honest about the real size. This couldn’t feed 5 people. Maybe 5 bites, but definitely not 5 people.

Honestly, this place should win an award for “smallest cake ever sold at full price.” I ordered a cake for five people and got something so tiny it could barely feed one hungry person. When I opened the box, I actually laughed it looked like a sample, not a real cake. For what they charge, it’s ridiculous. The presentation felt cheap, the portion was embarrassing, and the whole experience was a joke. If you enjoy overpaying for mini desserts, this is your spot. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and order anywhere else.
I honestly don’t even know where to start. I ordered a cake for five people from this pâtisserie, expecting something decent, elegant, and proportionate to the price and reputation they claim to have. What I received was, without exaggeration, one of the smallest and most disappointing cakes I’ve ever seen. It looked more like a dessert sample than a cake meant for several people.
The size was ridiculous it could barely serve two modest slices, let alone five. I actually had to cut it into paper-thin pieces just so everyone could get a taste, and even then, it felt embarrassing to put something so small on the table. For the amount of money I paid, I expected at least a proper family-sized cake, not something that looked like it was made for display.
The worst part is how cheap it all felt. The box, the presentation, even the taste everything screamed “budget corner bakery,” not a professional pâtisserie. I truly regret trusting them with my order, especially for an occasion where I wanted to impress my guests. Instead, it became a topic of laughter and disbelief.
To anyone considering ordering here: don’t waste your time or money. There are plenty of other bakeries that respect their customers and actually deliver what they promise. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this disappointing experience.
A Danish so fresh I wanted to go back for more to bring back home to Ottawa.
