Sad! Since this Portuguese bakery change owners , the quality is gone down. This week I went to get a Portuguese delicacy that only is available around Xmas and quite expensive. I got a box “ broas de natal” or “broas de castelares” got home and realize they tasted wrong and were old , they were all stuck together and hard as a rocks , the taste was awful and so disappointing. I had to trow 20$ of old of frozen broas the castelares, I usually don’t complain but this just made me very sad . This is no longer an authentic Portuguese bakery and they old bakes. This is wrong!

We thought it was too late to place an order one day before January the 31, but they made it happen and it was easy. Everything we ordered was delicious, highly recommended :)

Phone needs to be fixed. Called twice and couldn't hear anything on the other line to confirm my order.

Came specifically for their three coquettes. Was not very enthusiastic about them as they were not so fresh but I suspect it may have been unusual because the place was definitely very authentic and good otherwise.
Had my fav portuguese sodas, their bolos levedos were excellent, and they had all the other classic portuguese items. Come for also frozen croquettes and chorizo and Portuguese buns etc
You’ll find their tables filled with portuguese people and such. Will return!

The price went up , but the quality went down, we bought a tradicional Portuguese King cake that looks more like a cookie… I did not want to put that in my Christmas table … horrible

Delta coffee is amazing and natas were the closest thing to those in Bélem. Unfortunately, the service is not very warm nor welcoming.

Natas 5/5
I was fooled by the fruit cake, ok it's not bad, but it's not my favorite, I suggest heating the room you're eating and eating it with a coffee, it will take a long time because this cake is huge and massive, don't be afraid if you bite into something hard, it's probably some kind of compressed nut, go slowly
