The flavour and texture of the cakes are balanced perfectly and look beautiful. The combinations of flavours and textures are not overly sweet. The millefeuille is delicious, with a flaky pai and two different creams of perfect sweetness. The execution is absolutely flawless, and there are less than 5 other spots that can deliver this level of quality in Montreal. The tart is so tasty, with the taste of each different layer felt separately, using high quality ingredients. The bread is also good. They also sell frozen savoury food like pasta and pie, and pret-a-manger meals like quiche, mousakka and mac’n’cheese, all of great quality. The new concept is to take weekly online orders, so there is no walk-in store anymore. There is no seating area, and the atmosphere feels too simple. The prices are a little bit overpriced due to the portion. The coffee is also good.
