It was pretty good. It had a bit of an “Instagram-famous” vibe. I waited in line for 30 minutes. The texture was nice, but it didn’t taste any different from other well-known places. It’s a shop that puts a lot of care into its desserts, and it’s located near the ATWTER Market, so the location is great.
The wait time for pick up is very long but every single minute worths it. From viennoiseries to entremets everything is just perfect
Top-notch baked goods,pastries, cakes and tarts. Oh my goodness! Pictured in this review is the Valentine's cake and Easter cakes. The subtle essences, multi-dimensional tastes and presentation that compose their crusts, creams and compotes are poetry for all your senses.

Patisserie Rhubarbe offers top-notch baked goods, pastries, cakes and tarts. It is a favourite place for cakes and pastries in Montreal. The flavour and texture of the cakes are balanced perfectly and look beautiful. The combinations of flavours and textures are not overly sweet. The millefeuille is delicious, with a flaky pai and two different creams of perfect sweetness. The execution is absolutely flawless, and there are less than 5 other spots that can deliver this level of quality in Montreal. The tart is so tasty, with the taste of each different layer felt separately, using high quality ingredients. The bread is also good. They also sell frozen savoury food like pasta and pie, and pret-a-manger meals like quiche, mousakka and mac’n’cheese, all of great quality. The new concept is to take weekly online orders, so there is no walk-in store anymore. There is no seating area, and the atmosphere feels too simple. The prices are a little bit overpriced due to the portion. The coffee is also good.
