I have been visiting this place for some years! The cakes are always excellent and the service is amazing! Even when this place gets extremely busy, the owner always great each customer with warmth! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Went here lady was very rude there was no seat so she told us to leave but then someone else gave us their seat and she was very annoyed and rolled her eyes, made us feel incredibvley uncomfortable
Great spot to eat, food is 10/10 specially the menu of the day. The owners are welcoming kind are respectful. They have gluten free options that are delicious. I like to go there every week!
My go to patisserie for celebrations 🎂
Our family has been going to Pâtisserie T.M. for a few years for their pastry and lunch. We have never been disappointed. The owners take good care of us and the food is always of quality and delicious. The owners respect their craft and we respect their dedication to the food that they prepare and how they genuinely care that their clients are well taken care of. It is a lovely neighbourhood gem that is not to be missed.
My wife introduced our friends and I to Pâtisserie T.M. and we've been in love with this place ever since~
Here's my detailed breakdown of why:
Service: 10 out of 10
I've worked in the service sector for over 10 years, and I know the pressure ppl working there go through. The people at Pâtisserie T.M. are consistently welcoming, warm, and kind - no matter the time of day, they're always super considerate of their customers. They take the time to answer any query that is presented to them, and answer in as detailed a manner as is possible.
Savoury food: 10 out of 10
Whether you try their onigiri, burger, soup, karaage, or anything savoury - you'll find your meal to be delicious, and perfectly seasoned - each spice, vegetable, and protein is harmoniously served. I've come here after 3 hour gym sessions, and have their Karaage and Burger, and left feeling satiated, full, and powerful! My muscles are grateful everytime~
Desserts: 10 out of 10
Tbh, I'd grade the desserts 100 out of 10! The main reason being that their desserts are not overly-sweet - the sweetness comes from the fruits and cream that is used, not from any sugar. You can actually taste the yuzu, the chestnut or any other leading flavor in their desserts, instead of just over-bearing sweetness like it is in most bakeries/patisseries. I highly recommend their Matcha Tiramissu and Hojicha desserts!!
Drinks: 10 out of 10
Whether you're ordering a latte, or matcha, or any other beverage - the flavor stays intact - there is no artificialness in their drinks - the beverages always feel comforting and hydrating. Their hot matcha lattes are a blessing during the Montreal winter!
Elderly Parents and In-Laws' Opinions: 10 out of 10
My parents, and in-laws are in their 70s and are VERY picky eaters - they didn't have a single negative thing to say, and they finished their desserts and meals completely!
In our opinion, Pâtisserie T.M. has to be one of the best pâtisseries in Montreal~
If you're craving authentic Japanese-style nomz, this is the place for you.
If you just want pastries, and desserts, this is the place to be.
Come by and do try it for yourself~ You won't be disappointed
In summary: Pâtisserie T.M. is therapeutic for my wife and I - whenever life inevitably gets chaotic, we come here to decompress and feel peace and goodness, and are never disappointed. The service, the food, and the flavour continues to remain consistently amazing!
Whenever I visit Patisserie T.M, I always receive kind greetings.
Having worked in the food industry and customer service for nearly 2 decades and also being a foodie, I say their customer service has got to be the most excellent that I have ever experienced and seen.
From their savory food to their pastries, I have only positive thoughts on it. Everything has been consistently delicious !!
I brought my husband, friends and family here, and they each love the food and service here ❤ I can’t wait to visit again! If you are ever in Montreal, I highly recommend this spot!
Don’t know why this cafe is so popular, the cake is ok but not worth the long drive and bad manners the owner uses . It’s really horrible

Amazing service! Thank you
Excellent !
Their karaage and hojicha latte is excellent. Furthermore, they had this matcha yuzu tart with a delicious matcha ganache that complimented the small layer of yuzu Jam. I simply could not stop eating it. This was the epitome of a dessert that is not too sweet, which is probably the highest praise. You can give an Asian dessert. The mango Cassis cake was a little too sour for my taste though.
I love this place
Hidden gem for sure. If you are lucky rnough to get a seat inside, suggest trying the food that is made to order ontop of all the yummy looking pastries. Had to get things to go so I got the matcha tiramisu, a karage sandwich and a matcha latte. Did not disappoint! The lady in the front is really sweet and you can see the man in the kitchen cooking up a storm as well.
