Zebulon is safely one of the best bakeries/patisseries around. When we say around, we mean around the world. We travel for work and haven't found a place quite like it. From berry tarts to cheesecake, from tiramisu to decadent chocolate gateaus, from almond croissant to delicate matcha cake. Every piece is a mini work of art to delight in. We also fell in love with their superb savoury options. From 1100-1500 you can indulge in a creamy chickpea curry sandwich or a little pizza with home made cashew cheese. Here you will find no loud signs and no overbearing menus. The place feels like a crisp and spacious refuge from the bustle of the city where the artisanal creations speak for themselves.

I can't believe this place exists. It is unbelievable. We came here years ago when it was a tiny shop with a few options. Today it is huge with a wide selection. We got three pastries, three cookies, two muffins...all of it has been out of this world. I would come back to Montreal just to come here again. Truly a few notches above every other vegan bakery I've ever been to.

You can tell how much care and thought goes into everything they make each pastry is beautifully presented and full of flavor. They offer a great mix of sweet and savoury options, and everything looks almost too good to eat.
It was a little on the pricey side, but honestly, it was worth it for the quality and experience. I was also really impressed by how easily they accommodated my nut allergy. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole experience feel safe and welcoming. It’s not always easy to find places that take allergies seriously, so that meant a lot.
A must-visit spot if you’re into pastries that are both creative and carefully made

I discovered Zébulon in 2022 on a quick trip to Montreal. Ever since it's been a necessary stop every time we're in Montreal. The quality of their sweets has not changed at all since ! My favorite are the salted chocolate cookies and hot chocolate 😋. I was happy to see their newer bigger store and they also started making bread and kindly offered us a loaf to taste! So yum!

Every time I visit, I try something new — and every time, I think “This is the best one yet!” The problem (a delicious one!) is that everything is seriously amazing. The flavors, the quality, the presentation — everything feels crafted with care and love. One of my absolute favorite spots, and I’ll keep coming back with joy! 💚🍰
