Pâtisserie Zébulon brings class and quality to the vegan sweets world. The attention to detail, knowledgeable staff, and sleek decor elevate this place even before your eyes consume their creations. Choosing is the only chore. They have many marvels to select from. The only drawback is the price, but when you consider what you're paying for (high-class, professional desserts), Pâtisserie Zébulon is worth every Canadian dollar.
Zebulon is safely one of the best bakeries/patisseries around. When we say around, we mean around the world. We travel for work and haven't found a place quite like it. From berry tarts to cheesecake, from tiramisu to decadent chocolate gateaus, from almond croissant to delicate matcha cake. Every piece is a mini work of art to delight in. This place is truly a heaven for dessert and pastry lovers! There are so many options - I was honestly fascinated just looking at the display.
We also tried their wraps, and they were so fresh, and absolutely delicious. It’s nice to see a place that does both sweet and savory so well.
As for the desserts, we tried two flavors: mango and strawberry. Both were tasty, but the strawberry one stole the show for me.
