All-vegan pâtisserie. The croissants were good but not particularly light or fluffy. If you arrive in their lunch hour (11-15:00), they have a few sandwich options. The jackfruit was delicious.

Choosing is the only chore. They have many marvels to select from. The only drawback is the price, but when you consider what you're paying for (high-class, professional desserts), Pâtisserie Zébulon is worth every Canadian dollar.
Zebulon is safely one of the best bakeries/patisseries around. When we say around, we mean around the world. We travel for work and haven't found a place quite like it.
