Parc sans gluten

My wife dreams of croissants and this place made her those dreams come true! Absolutely delicious pastries! Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy something so rare to find in this world!

For anyone with celiac disease, a trip to Montreal is worth it even all you do it visit Parc Sans Gluten. I didn’t think a perfectly flakey croissant was possible to make gluten free but they proved me wrong.

I’ll be missing the raspberry danish until my next trip to Montreal. The eclairs are amazing… simply a wonderful place.

Jenn was incredible, she remembered me after my first stop for breakfast and helped me figure out how to get some pastries home for my mom who is also celiac.

New discovery, in front la Fontaine park is a delicious bakery with gluten free products!

amazing smell when you walk in, excellent service the lady was so nice and made me and my friends day! the pastries are wonderful and we enjoyed them outside freshly heated with our drinks 🎀🎀

best gluten free coffee shop !! took potato empanada and a danish, both insanely delicious. feels good to be a celiac !!

My partner and I enjoyed 1 croissant and 2 chocolatines here this morning. We were impressed by the flakiness of the pastry, the friendly service and the seating area outside opposite the park. We arrived around 9:40am and everything was very fresh!

We plan to come back a few more times during our time in Montreal.

One of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever tasted!!!

Amazing!! Tapioca and rice flour laminated dough with soy milk custard and jelly fillings(lemon, blueberry or strawberry). Items were flaky and we went on a Tuesday AM and they were warm from the oven. Also had a plain croissants and chocolate croissant. We don’t try the almond croissant or the chicken and spinach empanadas but they looked lovely, lightly brown and crispy. The waitstaff was so kind and checked in with us while we were enjoying on the outdoor patio, offering cups of water.

Delicious gluten free croissants! This bakery delighted our family with Celiac. The owner/Baker was very kind and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended!

The people working here are so incredibly nice and hardworking, and I wish I could take this place back home with me. Please give them a try! I have had dietary issues for a decade and haven’t had a croissant this good since giving up gluten and dairy.
