Lufa auto-selected some bread from Rosario in our order this week and all I can say is that I'm so glad they did! I've had the maple natas before (delicious!) but the baguette was phenomenal. Sweet and almost floral scent. We got some hot dog buns to try as well, I can only imagine they'll be awesome too.

I didn't have a lunch so I went to grab their warm chicken pesto sandwich for takeout, and... WOW! The aroma was so enticing, it caught my boss' attention in the cafeteria. When I told her I went to Rosario's, she was quick to nod and say everything is really good in that place.
Seriously, the taste of this sandwich, with the crispy bread texture and all the fresh flavors skillfully arranged, was even more amazing than the smell.
So now I gotta go back there at least every no-lunch-day and discover a new gem of epicure - and grab a coffee - because that too is amazing.

Finally made it out to try Pâtisserie Rosário. They have natas, bread, pastries and sandwiches but were out of bread on a weekday morning. Natas are $2.00 each, cheaper when you buy more.
- Assortment ($18.00 for 12) - natas (traditional, érable, fraise, citron et cannelle, pomme et cannelle), pastel de feijão amande and macaron de coconut. Natas were okay but texture wasn't flaky. Favourite was the coconut macaroons

we came with a mission: to try their famed pastel de nata. These Portuguese custard tarts are the bakery’s signature item and, as we’d heard from multiple sources, they’ve even been voted the best in town. Naturally, we had to see if they lived up to the hype.
When we arrived, options were limited – only the classic and chocolate natas were left – but thankfully, they had just come out of the oven. Freshness wasn’t an issue.
These were enjoyable. The pastry was flaky. The custard was good – smooth and mildly sweet.
