Today, February 5, I went to get myself a meal to bring to work. I realized after a while that the chicken was not cooked at all. Completely translucent inside. I returned at the end of the day, dish in hand, to request a refund. The two employees at the counter looked at me stupidly. They didn't say anything for a long time. An employee told me to come back with the dish the next day to show it to whoever prepared the meal. Faced with this ridiculous comment, I asked to see the manager. She replied he is on sick leave, come back tomorrow. No excuses. Nothing. This is honestly the worst customer service I have seen in my life. I don't usually write complaints because I generally think that people can make mistakes without being in bad faith. But, seriously. I may get sick because of your negligence and this is the response received? I will not go there again and I will recommend to my loved ones not to go there either unless they want to pay $20 for a bad case of salmonellosis.

We ordered for the first time through Uber Eats - it seems this restaurant does not offer their own delivery as their website menu redirects you to Uber. We tried a large chicken poutine and a piri piri chicken sandwich.
Unfortunately both items were very disappointing. The sandwich was supposed to be "deluxe" as we paid a bit more to have lettuce, cheese and tomato however the slices for each of these were so paper thin we could barely taste it. It felt very cheap. Although the chicken was tender, it wasn't super flavorful, it lacked marinade and we found the bun to be dry and just too thick for this type of sandwich.
The poutine wasn't great either- portion was OK but the sauce was watery, had no flavor and the chicken shreds were tasteless as well.
Everything needed seasoning and for the price paid through Uber we found this to be very overpriced and not worth it.
