The wings and chicken tenders are elite. We got honey garlic wings and they were a good size and they’re generous with the sauce. Amazing flavour. The chicken tenders are so good I had them with no sauce. The pizza is alright

I placed an order for a pizza at this location online and attempted to drive to the location to pick it up. There was a festival in the street where the Pizza Hut is located so I had to drive around for quite a while to find a place to park then walk to the location to collect the pizza. I didn't know this before ordering. As an English speaker visiting Montreal, I struggled with the Pizza Hut website since I had to manually translate the text in order to place the order. When I arrived at the location 45 minutes later the pizza was not ready. It was now being placed into the oven. It appears. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I double-checked my email and noted that Time to uplift the pizza was stated as approximately 15 minutes after I placed the order which was 30 minutes before I arrived at the physical location. In addition to the lengthy wait time, the pizza was dry and tasteless.

It’s pizza at a “good” price with deals. The service and atmosphere has improved since a couple months ago; it’s still a « fast food » joint but they give you what you order and usually are on time.

I called to ask for delivery and I had a big group of people and we wanted to make a large order. The other pizza hut places said we could only order at 4 pm but we needed it now. But because I have a private number the person who answers said I couldn’t order. I said I would give them my phone number of course and that I only had a private number because I am a doctor and we usually have private numbers. They said they didn’t care what job I had and he kept being very rude. They didn’t understand that I was just telling them the reason why I had a private number. I tried to talk to him to reason with him but he kept saying nothing was possible. Then when I told him even if I’m far away downtown from their shop I could pick up the order and to please let us order because we really needed pizza for a party and I only did it because we were really needing the pizzas! They said no. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I don’t believe he was. Also before I could speak with him the first time he kept hanging up the phone so because I was desperate with so many people that needed pizza for a party I kept insisting and then he said it was a problem I had a private number. I called around 2:15pm on January 27, 2025. I am extremely disappointed.

We waited 2 hours and 10 minutes to get one pizza. I had to call 11 times over a period of 30 minutes to have someone on the line - so impossible to cancel our order despite the fact that we weren't hungry anymore and just wanted to go to sleep at this point. I then received an email telling me that the problem was my phone number - that it was put in wrong. It wasn't, it's just a french phone number and their website explicitly states that you can give an international number. In any case, I don't see why not having my phone number adds a one hour wait time ? We ordered there before and never had this problem. The pizza got here cold and soggy. We couldn't eat even half of it.
On a more positive note, the driver was nice and when I finally got them on the phone after the eleventh time, they helped. Yay

They have seats and tabpebes to eat inside, but there are no washrooms available to clients. If you want to wash your hands before you eat a pizza, like any normal person, they tell you to walk a block away to go use Starbucks washrooms. (BTW Starbucks put codes on their washrooms because of this, and those codes change daily)

Ordered a Mac n Cheese pizza. Came without the mac n cheese, just a crust and cheese (no sauce). Place is a rip off.
Decided to take a chance and order from pizza locally next to my work. The two closest pizza huts… not the best reviews but being a longtime pizza hut customer, i figured i would give it a go.
I ordered mac and cheese pizza with a deluxe pizza, onion rings, cheesy sticks and cinabuns!
The website chose the closest pizza hut which is a 7 min drive and in a straight line pretty much to my work place.
Well the ordered was promissed for 12:05 at the latest. By 12:25 there was no attempt to contact me to say if the order had even been cancelled or if something happened.
I call the number from my online receipt… the number says “the number you are calling does not have voicemail setup”.
I call the restaurant number directly.. and am told the driver must be lost in traffic…. How? Its nearly a straight line here!
Pizza ends up showing up late, i pay the delivery guy, he leaves… we decide to eat past our work lunch break… and only notice when opening the macaroni and cheese pizza box… that it was just cheese pizza.
To disappointed to chaise down any one. We continue to eat and the cinabuns have a cheap straight line of icing on them as well… ugh
I end up trying to use the pizza hut customer service “contact us” … and as you can see im my picture… “we are not taking feedback” appears when i try to contact them.
So, for that place specifically on st-laurent and the overall experience… today was terrible.

Horrible pizza. It wasn’t cooked. We ordered it, the girl said it would be 10 minutes, but when we got home and started eating it, the dough was wet and undercooked. We had to finish cooking it ourselves, which took an additional 25 minutes. Extremely disappointing and not what we expected for a takeout order. Will not be ordering from here again. For 36$, 2 small pizzas was too expensive, especially with that quality. ?????
