Horrible pizza. It wasn’t cooked. We ordered it, the girl said it would be 10 minutes, but when we got home and started eating it, the dough was wet and undercooked. We had to finish cooking it ourselves, which took an additional 25 minutes. Extremely disappointing and not what we expected for a takeout order. Will not be ordering from here again. For 36$, 2 small pizzas was too expensive, especially with that quality. ?????

The delivery guy called me when he arrived, but when I picked up, he didn't talk for like 10 seconds, and I could hear a lot of sound from where he is, so I know his phone works. That is a trolling technique. I'm sure he was trolling me out of discrimination against me. I then went down to open the door and was able to confirm that he was trolling me 100% because he claimed his debit card machine was not working, and even tried to reprimand me for not specifying I was gonna pay by debit card yet claiming I was supposed to pay by cash. That was another trolling move by him as he lied. I specified on the order my payment method as debit card 100%. He then trolled again by asking me to help him with the ATM machine. I've never worked in his service industry in my life. That move is a complete faux pas and a total no no in customer service. He was trying to get me to do his job. I was then forced to go to a nearby ATM. It was broken today. When I came back, I saw him talk to someone from pizza hut and pretending he was fixing the machine, but it still didn't work. I got forced to go to a farther ATM. For whatever strange reason, it was broken today too. While heading back to tell him, he called me and then waited for 10 seconds again without talking, trolling me yet again. Finally, he spoke telling me the debit card machine works. I asked him in the end if he was messing with me, and he lied by pretending he's innocent, but I know 100% he is a total liar, so I didn't tip him. The worst Pizza Hut I had in North America in my life! Pizza Hut, fire this guy and close this entire branch because they discriminate against some of their customers and troll them.

Did an online order this evening which unfortunately took 1 hr and 15 mins to arrive at my place. I understand things happen time to time for these errors to occur, but In this case i was told two different stories about why the delivery took so long. Even though the pizza was cold I didn't want to wait another x amount of time for a redelivery so i paid for it. I would recommend another pizza hut as i tried to call to resolve the issue but was flat out told we will try better next time and nothing more.
The pizza was of excellent quality and delicious. I highly recommend trying it.

I used to love pizza hut but this location seems to rush the pizzas, either the pizza is overcooked or lacking ingredients, unfortunately after several attempts I am now enjoying dominos new pan pizzas which réminiscence the good old days of quality pizza hut.

We had a pretty bad experience here. We ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza, and a few of us ended up with stomach aches that night, even though we only had 2-3 slices each. The crust was super thick and undercooked, which we think caused the issues. This place used to be better, but this time it was really disappointing. Honestly, we'd rather go to Domino's next time—they're about the same price.
