Pizza Hut Reviews
My first experience with your company was last Friday, and unfortunately, my order was messed up. I sent two emails, Facebook PM and completed your customer survey through the link you've sent, hoping for a response — but received none. I expected better from a business that claims to care about its customers. Ignoring feedbacks, especially after a negative experience, sends a clear message: customer service is not your priority. I am very disappointed with your company and...read full review
I am totally disgusted with your new ad showing people licking their phones! What is wrong with you people?
I will NOT be ordering from any Pizza Hut in the near future. 🤮
This is what you get when you order from Pocatello, Idaho. I absorbed 75% of the whatever the this green puke is with paper towels before throwing it out. At least my donut bites were actually donut bites instead of improvised breadsticks crudely disguised as your three other dessert options. Pizza Hut Montreal offers a mixed dining experience. The restaurant's chicken bites are a highlight, with the spicy and sweet sauce bites being particularly well-received. However, the dips, such as the cheddar and jalapeño sauce and the creamy garlic sauce, lack flavor and consistency, leading some customers to prefer the chicken bites without any dips.
The pizza menu includes options like the meat lovers, stuffed crust medium pizza, which is praised for its generous toppings and delicious stuffed cheese crust. However, the thin and almost see-through dough is a point of contention, with some customers finding it too thin for their liking.
The location of the restaurant is well-situated in a busy area, but the neighborhood can attract a "strange" clientele, including drunken or homeless people, which may deter some customers from dining in. The overall atmosphere is described as lacking, making it primarily a take-out establishment.
While the pizza is generally considered good, it is not necessarily memorable, with some customers preferring to order from local neighborhood pizza places instead. The restaurant seems to have a more industrial, fast-food chain feel, which may not appeal to all diners.
