I come to this location (Park Ave) because they follow Covid protocols.The Jean Talon location was disagreeable to me... (in May 2021) as I ordered i noticed the cook in the back did not have his mask on. I asked the young lady at the counter to ask him to place his mask on correctly. He pulled it up, BUT then came to the front counter pulled his mask down and spoke on his cell phone, while looking at me. Like he was asking me to confront him.I could not believe this. Order a pizza tonight and there was a fix up with my order and I didn’t receive it. They called me back to tell when they would send me 2 news ones, very generous. The worker were very nice to us on the phone. Thank you for your service during this pandemic!

Honestly, I had great pizza here and awful ones. Weirdly enough, the pizzas were by new staff as they obviously add more toppings evenly. I know 'cause I order at the counter and the kitchen is visible. Tip. During low traffic hours their pizzas are more generous and better baked, in my opinion.
