A classic Montreal pizza, the taste has remained unchanged for years. The excellent veggie slice keeps getting better. The pizza sauce is tangy and bright, with ample and firm diced tomatoes, thin and crisp red onions, and fresh olives. The cheese is not too salty and just right for their style of pizza. The dough is not too thin or thick, cooks through well, and is not hard to chew. Prices are fair for today’s standards. The premises were renovated recently with a new, modern style and lighting, but still feel like the old days. This place can rival even the best NY slice. Vegetarian options are available.
