We don’t usually leave reviews, but the way I was treated over the phone by this restaurant was absolutely unacceptable. The person who answered was extremely rude, raised their voice, and spoke to me with complete disrespect. I simply called with a question and was met with hostility instead of basic courtesy.
There is no excuse for yelling at a potential customer. If this is how they treat people before they even step in the door, I can’t imagine what the in-person experience would be like. I will not be supporting this place and I advise others to think twice before doing so. Respect matters.

Pizza delivery got delayed by 35 mins. When we called to followup, the staff started yelling.
Very good pizza one of the best in the arena, however if you want to order for delivery , order from another restaurant, they don't have there own driver , today after an hour after ordering , the pizza was still on the counter waiting for someone to pickup and deliver, the person on the phone was very kind but could not assure me when!!! So I canceled and ordered from Atlas pizza , at least they have their own driver and their pizza is always fresh

After 15 years of loyalty, it's the end for us after 2 hours of waiting and 3 errors for delivery in the same evening.

I placed my order online, for takeout, at the wrong pizzeria, (Monkland instead of Bernard). Contacted the pizzeria to explain the situation and requested a refund but the manager is not there, the employee I spoke to tells me he will inform the manager. 2 days later, I called the pizzeria again, it was the same employee who answered, telling me that he would inform the manager again. 2 days later, still no refund but this time I ask that the manager call me back when he is present. He calls me the same day and tells me that he will not refund me because it is not his fault if I made the wrong location when ordering. No way to make myself understood, no empathy, nothing. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
