My filet mignon was a bit over cooked but everything else was great. The view is spectacular, and this turning restaurant gives you a 360 degree view of Montreal!

Really great place with good Portuguese food. The waitress we had was quite accommodating and very friendly . Overall a very nice experience, although it can get a tad pricey.

I’ve always enjoyed Portus 360, but my last experience was disappointing. I think they really need to review their service, as it did not reflect the quality I usually associate with this restaurant. Sharing this as constructive feedback

We visited Portus 360 on Saturday, September 6 after experiencing the Aura light show at the Basilica. We were really looking forward to this restaurant — Portuguese fusion (which I’ve been missing) combined with a revolving 360° view of Montreal sounded perfect.

When we arrived, however, the experience started off poorly. We had been touring Montreal all day and were dressed more casually than some of the other guests. As soon as we approached the hostess (Manal), she told us there were absolutely no tables available without a reservation. Disappointed, we left. But on the way down, I checked OpenTable and saw multiple reservations available for that same evening, including one just 10 minutes later at 8:30 PM.

We booked it immediately and went back up. This time, we were greeted warmly by a gentleman who was born in Montreal but spoke Portuguese fluently. He was kind, welcoming, and spoke with me in Portuguese. But when the hostess returned, we again felt judged for how we were dressed. She reluctantly seated us at a non-window table (which we didn’t mind — we just wanted to enjoy the food and wine).

Once seated, everything changed for the better. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious — exactly the kind of Portuguese flavors I’d been missing. The staff who served us throughout dinner were attentive and warm.

At the end of our meal, we gave feedback to the hostess about how unwelcoming the arrival had been. She explained it was her manager’s directive not to allow walk-ins. While I understand policies, what stood out is that the restaurant had plenty of empty tables all night. Turning away guests who want to eat and spend money — while other tables sit empty or filled with people just taking pictures (influencers) — doesn’t seem like a smart business practice. Worse, it left us feeling like our appearance was the real reason we were initially turned away.

First impressions matter, and unfortunately the “unwelcome” is what stuck with us the most. Even though the dinner service and food was great, we are only giving 2 stars and we won't be back!

Service CACA. The waiter did not check on us and we did try to get his attention but he was not very attentif. And at the end he *demanded* a tip and when I chose to give a low tip he replied 《IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO GO OUT TO EAT, THEN DON'T GO OUT AT ALL》. Excuse me??? Did I order a side of a BRATTY princess with my dinner?! Totally disgusted because it was on my friends birthday celebration on top of that! I will never recommend Portus 360.

The food is good but nothing exceptional, it’s a nice place to eat and chat if you’re around and you get to see the view a bit more. Price/food ratio is ok.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited Portus 360 with my mother-in-law and my partner, and it was an unforgettable experience. We ordered a tasting-style plate (around $100 per person) that allowed us to try a bit of everything, and it was absolutely worth it.

I’m Mexican and from the Caribbean, and I can honestly say that tonight I had the best octopus of my life—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Every dish was rich, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The flavors are easily five stars.

The service was equally impressive. We were so well taken care of, with attentive staff ensuring everything was perfect throughout the evening.

And then, of course, the views: the restaurant slowly rotates 360 degrees, giving you a full panoramic look at Montreal. It takes about two hours for one full rotation (we were there from 6:45 to 9:30 and barely made one loop), which makes it the perfect setting for a relaxed dinner. I highly recommend booking for sunset—the city looks stunning as the lights come on.

Prices are in line with the experience and quality. Overall, a fantastic combination of great food, amazing service, and beautiful views. Highly recommended!

The view was spectacular and the food was nice. However, I am much frustrated with the fact that the waiter proposed dishes not mentioned in the menu, without a word on their very high prices. So I ended up having a steak of 200 CAD + 40% (for taxes and tip) (which I found out when they gave me the bill) so I paid more than 300 CADs for one main dish, one appetizer and one dessert. I should have asked for its price when he proposed the steak, but was not expecting this...
So if you visit this restaurant, either take sth from the menu, or ask how much each item the waiter proposes costs before ordering it, or you may end up paying 3 times as much as you may have planned.

It was a nice experience, decent Portuguese food and nice atmosphere. It was busy that evening such that we had to ask for balsamic vinegar to be added to olive oil, and ask for sharing fork more than once. The Serrano ham with asparagus salade was amazing, tartar de filet mignon was very tasty but a bit on the salty side, however the blood sausage was hard to comment. Paella was great but a bit too much watery with the rice; sea-bream was nicely cooked and crisp for the skin. Dessert was super cute. The rotation is like an hour for one full 360.

Alot of fun to be on a rotating restaurant on a tower. When we go, we stay for at least 2 hours, I believe that would be 2 rotations.

Very beautiful, indoors and out. The service is also very good. The food tastes very Portuguese, the price is high, and the experience is perfect!
