I love Portus 360°. One of my favorite restaurants in Montréal!! Came.for my birthday 🎂 🥳 and the food was incredible. The service of Kateryna was exceptional, she is top notch and super sweet!

Disappointing experience! My husband and I visited Portus 360 on January 3rd, 2026.
The menu was unclear, with several items listed in Portuguese and our waitress, Kateryna, lacked basic knowledge. She suggested items that were not on the menu. As someone who does not eat seafood, at a restaurant that is predominantly seafood, I opted for the filet mignon (not listed on the menu). I asked simple questions such as the portion size and what it was accompanied with, but she said she was unsure. When I asked if she could check with the kitchen for clarification, her attitude immediately changed.
I asked for the filet to be cooked medium rare and mentioned a mushroom allergy, to which she responded with an unpleasant stare, seemingly questioning the legitimacy of my allergy. My $65 filet mignon arrived overcooked, with very minimal accompaniments, and the entire plate was cold. When I raised the issue with another waitress, she was very accommodating. However, Kateryna intervened, grabbed the plate from the waitress, told her to go do something else, then shoved the plate back in front of me and began lecturing me. She became defensive, insisted the steak was cooked as requested and accused me of yelling when I was calmly explaining the issue. I have never felt so insulted in my entire life. At that point, I simply wanted to get up and leave. My husband asked her to ask the chef if the dish could be remade.
Interestingly enough the second plate arrived perfectly cooked and hot, with a more generous serving of vegetables. Unfortunately, by then, the experience had already been ruined due to the unprofessional and rude service. She was even arguing with the table behind us over water!
By the time I received my replacement meal, my husband had already finished his. What was meant to be a shared dining experience was completely ruined. Given the high price we paid, it was extremely disappointing that we couldn’t even enjoy a proper meal together.
We were not even compensated with a basic desert on the house. Truly an awful experience.
Thank you, Kateryna, for ruining what was meant to be a very special celebration night for my husband and me.

The food arrived cold the calamari and shrimp was chewy like rubber and got sick after eating. The bill was around 300$ for 3 people.we were 6 people at the resto. Portions were small and unsatisfying. And service took long just for drinks (1h+)

Food was great, known for their seafood. Appetizers are tasty (oysters, octopus, cod croquetas), and mains were flavorful (seabass, and steak).
The ambiance was a nice vibe, fine dining with great music and great views of downtown Montreal. The restaurant rotates very slowly, maybe once fully around after 90 min.
Shoutout to our waiter (Oliver), who made our experience even better by taking time getting to know us and sharing fun stories. Very genuine person and excellent service!

Great vibe, food was not the greatest. I had the Steak with egg and they undercooked my steak then when I said something they sent it back which is +1 but then steak came back looking the same so my appetite just went downhill from there. Waiters were excellent and very welcoming. View was also outstanding. I got the steak medium… that’s rare.

We had an amazing experience on Friday night! We had the wonderful Miguel as a server, he was phenomenal and Portuguese speaking which was a nice treat for my fiancé! We tried the tasting menu and were absolutely blown away by the courses, timing, and service. 100000% will be back, and will recommend this restaurant to everyone going to Montreal!

Absolutely amazing experience at Portus360! The view over Montréal is breathtaking, and the rotating restaurant makes it even more special. The food was delicious — fresh, creative, and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and professional from start to finish. Perfect spot for a date night or special occasion. Definitely one of Montréal’s must-try restaurants! I recently brought my mom here and it became her favorite place in Montreal. They are also baby friendly.
