Great pizza with quality ingredients, served by a friendly and charming owner. The fact he uses a charcoal oven and gets his ingredients from the Italian market makes a big difference in the taste when compared to the usual pizza places.

Food was delicious! Albert is a great host ❤️We ordered pizzas: Di Fausto and one with italiano sausages. The portions and toppings were generous and we finished with an italian chocolate cake ?All ingredients are bought at an italian market up north in mtl so if you want an authentic and fresh italian meal, it's a great place to go!

Unbelievable story, I recommend you read on. Went on Prato's website. Clicked on order online. Ordered and paid with Mastercard. Got email confirmation that my pizza was charged to my card. Showed up for pizza. Owner says I don't have pizza for you, I now nothing about your order. I said I paid for it. He wanted to see proof which I had on my phone. He said, "I'm not making you pizza--I don't get paid by this online order service, it's happened before [!!!!]." I asked why this "order online" link is still on he website. No response from him, no apology, no pizza. On top of that, no willingness to find a solution ["phone your bank" he recommended] and he was rude.

We randomly found this place yesterday while walking on Saint-Laurent and we couldn't have been happier! The food is amazing and all freshly homemade on place; one of the best pizza I ever ate. The thin crust was crispy and very tasty with a perfect balance between tomato sauce, fior di latte and basil. The cold italian beers were a great addition to the meal, felt just as if I was back in Naples, especially in that heat! What was even better was the owner and the ambiance of the place. He is very sweet and welcoming and the restaurant feels cozy already; which felt refreshing giving the situation the world is in right now. 5/5, will visit again soon and let people around me know about that place :)

There are lots of new pizzeria places that sell a medium pizza with few toppings at more than 20$. This place is a hidden gem, the owner makes the same pizza has in 15 years ago, menu hasn’t change and so are the prices. Also the size are fair, it comes in a large cookie plate. You can eye watch the singular St. Laurent’s street life without breaking your wallet with a nice glass of vino.

Witnessed the owner toss a can into the street. Bravo
We recently moved to Montreal and were looking for a Pizza place and we have FOUND it. If you are looking for delicious, thin crust, stone oven pizza this is it!!!We usually order the 14 inch for two :)

I just ordered 2 pizzas for myself and my cousin and I was shocked at the size of the pizzas... for 2 people! They were simple, delicious, and we're excited to have leftovers tomorrow.
