Projet Pilote - Distillery & Brewpub

Very pretty micro brewery and distillery with a nice atmosphere to meet friends and have a bite. The service is amazing and we loved to sit at the bar and chat with the chefs and bartenders.
The cocktails are really really amazing! The beer is a little to wild for my taste. I like the food, small portions, but high quality.

Thanks to the staff who recommended us lots of cocktail bars etc :)

It is quite possibly the most beautiful establishment I know. This location is beautiful, charming and I would even say “cozy” haha! The beer is delicious and takes me on a journey every time I set foot there. It's worth the detour cowboy!

Our second experience yesterday. Reservation made online with a special note. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was taken into account :)

Martin's beers are well made, balanced and refreshing. I particularly enjoyed the black lager. But all the beers tasted (6) are subtle and pleasant. Nothing that punches, no flaw or dominant taste. Just beautiful blends that you have to take the time to taste.

As for the food, everything is tasty, generous and visually successful. Nothing to complain about.

And the 4 stars for the atmosphere is simply that we found the music a little loud, but that’s a matter of taste.

Refreshing. Distinguished. Research. Thank you for diversifying the landscape and offering complexity to my palate, without “squick” cheese and brown sauce. Fabulous cocktails mixed with expertise.

Really surprised with this restaurant. the dishes are really good and also the cocktails/beers. If they had other dessert options it would be even better, but I understand that that's not their focus. VERY GOOD fries and sausage. Plus the atmosphere with the band playing live was super nice.

Honestly, one of the best experiences I've ever had at a brasserie in Montreal.
The beers are incredible, the Sausage with Cabbage dish was just spectacular 🤌 and the atmosphere is so special (with live music too)... I loved this brasserie so much, I already want to go back.

The interior is pretty, and the staff is nice and friendly, but the beer itself is not extraordinary. I wouldn’t say I’d come back just for the brewery; it’s not my preferred choice. Standard 3 Brewers is much better, while Brewskey and Messorem are the best, Memento and Vagabond are nice options too and far better for the beer itself.

I tried their white wine, though, and it was okey. The food is tasty, but the portions are rather small. Three stars for interior, cleanliness, and tasty snacks.

A pleasant place, beautiful decoration and very good choice of music. However, the service was not up to par. After waiting 30 minutes to be able to place our first order at my request, the drinks did not arrive at the same time leaving me waiting for my friends' cocktails to arrive with my beer for 10 minutes. The food is good, the portions are not very big. Prices slightly above the average for bars in Montreal, which goes with the products and very well crafted cocktails but not in line with the service.
