this will be my second time to Montreal and I love this place. I was here two years ago and fell in love with the place. the owner is amazing! Go in a Friday, is his day to schmooze with the patrons. by far my favorite place I go to when I'm in Montreal. and the merch is great. I can't say enough about this place. Can't wait to com back. from your friends in Victoria BC. thanks CJ.❤️
Wow, I found my new favorite place for breakfast situated in old Montreal. Small simple menu but I'd say the best breakfast I truly enjoyed in a long time. We were a small group of 5, all were impressed 👍. Going to go back to try their lunch menu, I'm sure will not disappoint.
Had a private lunch reception at this restaurant and it went extremely well. The staff was extremely helpful in setting up the event, and then everything went extremely smoothly.
The food and drinks were also delicious!
We will definitely be hosting again there in the future.
Snug. Stylish. Lovely staff. Smart beer offerings.
Expensive, but I guess you are paying for location. Don't be tempted to upstairs during happy hour. It's full price upstairs.
Went at 11:30pm. The kitchen was closed and ground floor was packed.
Cocktail was good. Staff was polite and friendly.
Nice cosy space with a great beer selection, and good food.
This place is always packed no matter what time of day you go. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Though at times they can get a little overwhelmed with customers. Great food. Would highly recommend.
Nice pub, feels really authentic. Food is more than only usual pub food. Their Pad Thaï is to die for and to enjoy with a nice St-Ambroise Cream Ale. 10/10
You need to go for the burger. What a great combination of flavours! I will definitely check it out again next time I am in Montreal!

Nice little pub with a good ambience. Service can improve. Verdict : give it a try.
Best local spot to grab a beer.
Great hidden gem. Found it on our first night and we went back every night for a night cap. Small quiet bar upstairs (attached) highly recommend a visit too!
We recently stayed at David Hotel and this pub was recommended to us by a server at a nearby restaurant and it happened to be be just down the street from the hotel. After the first night, we actually went every evening for a night cap and even had lunch one day (the hamburgers are amazing). The atmosphere and the staff are really welcoming and fun. Highly recommended!
The main pub was packed with a long line to get in, but we were able to sit at the upstairs bar. Great old world atmosphere. More quaint and intimate than downstairs. Better for a date night than downstairs, but downstairs was more lively. Wonderful drinks and attentive bartenders.
