The restaurant has maintained it’s authenticity and has not succumbed to trendy homogenizing variations on perfection.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The chef is such a kind and lovely gentleman, his staff is excellent, and his food is amazing. Whenever we’re in Montreal we come to eat here!
