I don't know why but it's my last time

Your staff needs training because they are unfamiliar with the restaurant menu. I ordered a vegetarian pita as a trio and the one who served me (a tall North African with a pale complexion) persisted in asking me if I wanted the falafel or the vegan (shitake). I must have said 3-4 times that I wanted the vegetarian one for $6.99. There I see him go back to the plate and take out two skewers and put them on the cooking plate. I tell him I don't want shitake, he confirms that it's not shitake. There, the other employees enter the restaurant and the cashier makes me pay the bill which amounts to $19 including tip. I pay and think about it. I go back to the cash register and ask why it costs me so much for the vegetarian pita trio. There, she told me that I paid for the shitake pita.
I repeat that I specified that I wanted the vegetarian one and the one who served me lied and said that I wanted the shitake 🤣 Finally, I was refunded the difference and I saw the guy remove the shitake from the cooking plate (after 6-7 minutes) and put them back in the fridge 🤣 If the customer wants a falafel pita, he orders a falafel pita. If he wants vegan, he orders vegan shitake. If he wants a vegetarian pita, it's not falafel or vegan he wants...loll I don't know if the employee was on some substance but I won't order from this restaurant again 🤣🤣

I ordered from uber eats in this place buy 1 get 1 free, and it was the worst bowl ever. It seems like they gave us leftover chicken and cold potatoes we asked for extra garlic sauce they didn’t give, just the worst service ever!!
I’m sure they will just say we will try to rectify this please email us and they won’t do anything. I’m so disappointed in boustan
I was a loyal customer but now they lost one

Boustan is always consistent in my experiences. Definitely really better in my opinion than Amir and beats middle eastern eatery Vs the BC west coast.

Ordered pita poulet shawarma from uber eats from this Notre Dame location with offer 1 on 1 free.
The pita was extremely thin and there was no chicken inside. If you can't afford to give and offer, then don't cheat customers with this.
Very bad. Boustan is good but this location is bad

Google maps says that it closes at 12 am, I went there yesterday at 10:33, the lady told me that its for take out only, I would definetly understand if it was 11:35, I wouldnt even bother and eat there because I know it takes time to clean and prepare for closing, but an hour and a half before closing isnt acceptable in my opinion.
The chicken shawarma had a strong sense of cinnamon, I eat at Boustan often and the chicken is the same for all of them, except this one, which is super strange.
If you actually close your dinning room an hour and a half before the actual closing of the resto then please put a note so people are aware before actually stepping in. Thank you.

Service was extremely slow.. it took like 15 minutes for a sandwich. The cashier whom also made the sandwiches didn’t change his gloves between making the sandwiches and being cashier… he did that for 5 or six customers in a row.

They don't even put any sauce in the pitas anymore when you order in Uber eats unless you specifically ask for that extra, ridiculous! Impossible to eat a dry pita with no sauce. So cheap unbelievable!!
