Placed an order by call, the lady was super nice to me. When I arrived they told me they cancelled my order because I didn't answer my phone. Meanwhile I didn't receive any calls. My order was ready on the counter. Too lazy to make me pay? Who knows it was one of my fave spot in ville emard this is shitty customer service. Girl at the cash was rude and refused to make us pay.

It's nothing like it used to be. It's now a canteen. I don't know when it changed but back in the early 2000 it was still a place where you had good service. Waitress smiling at you, serving you at your table. Now you take your tray, and walk to where you sit. That's not service, that's high-school cafeteria.
To really charge $15 more for delivery compared to $19.90 on site, that makes no sense! The food is good but almost double makes no sense.
