Good place for poutine (italian) and the waitress was so nice to us. Only for that i recommend, it was a nice experience specially because of the good service.

Had good memories here as a kid. Came here had poutine and Hotdogs. Absolutely vile and creepy experience. So sad. What happened. Iconic brand. Such a shame

It's nothing like it used to be. It's now a canteen. I don't know when it changed but back in the early 2000 it was still a place where you had good service. Waitress smiling at you, serving you at your table. Now you take your tray, and walk to where you sit. That's not service, that's high-school cafeteria.

To really charge $15 more for delivery compared to $19.90 on site, that makes no sense! The food is good but almost double makes no sense.

I live near the restaurant and went to try their food, but the poor service from their staff and the greasy nature of their food made me regret going there, and I also saw how poorly they treated a other person, They spoke badly about him in French, thinking that he did not speak French, and if he spoke it, I saw how sad he became, This situation made me very angry... The food is very good, especially the fries. But the service is catastrophic, I enter the store and I hear the staff saying racist jokes and when I want to order, they cut me off to continue speaking to their employee in English. The return of change was catastrophic, the cashier threw the money on the counter without saying thank you. The place is old and unsanitary, the seats have holes, mold everywhere, in short an unsavory place unless there is delivery.
