Avec le temps - confections gourmandes offers excellent pastries, including croissants, baguettes, and chocolatines, with careful attention to allergens. The menu features high-quality items like Meat Pate with Pulled Pork and mushrooms, and a delicious cheesecake. The cakes are original and decadent, and the pâtisseries are top-notch all around. The croissants are extraordinary, and the quiches are delicious. The shop is small but charming, with two tables inside and two outside, facing a beautiful church, Notre Dame du Perpétuel Secours, on a quiet street ideal for reading or catching up with a friend. The owner and staff provide friendly service, and the baking is exceptional, with fresh bread and tasty treats like match cookies sweetened with maple syrup. Visitors appreciate the atmosphere and the chance to see the owners at work. The place is a local gem, making it a must-visit for those seeking quality confections and a cozy environment.
