Food was good but please clean the place! Dirty, dusty, everything lies around somewhere, not to start with the restrooms....

We love this place for hot pot, it’s always so good. You have a self serve little room to make your sauce also (like most hotpot restaurants).Last time we went service wasn’t so good but it was unusual, we were always running out of soup so it was becoming really soggy… but it’s not normally like this, we went this time on the weekend kinda late so maybe the lady was alone to take care of everything, I don’t know. Still definitely recommended for hot pot in Montreal.

The food selection is as normal hotpot restaurant, the price is reasonable, one price for all you can eat plus some other selection for extra cost. The waitress is super nice and helpful with lot of smiles ?

Very mid. The service is alright. I don’t know about the sanitization of this place though, as we were given a private room that just ends up being a storage or staff room. And the place hasn’t looked like it’s been cleaned in years.. In terms of food, a lot of frozen sides, the soup is nothing special and kinda bland. I recommend to go to an other or newer place than this one here; considering it’s price point as well.

Yummm! Service was good.The tea shop is cozy and is a good place to study in or to meet with friends. The drinks also had a unique flavor. I will definitely go back here, there are so many options.

This place is the filthiest place we have been to. Apparently they only give you one chance to order their so called buffet. They probably overheard our conversation about we are in a rush and they had the audacity to never deliver our second and third order. The cashier also lied to me about children pricing and insisted charging a a 8 yr old full price. It was a really disgusting experience I had in recent years. And if you cannot deliver all you can eat stop calling yourself buffet.

We walked into an empty restaurant and now I understand why. Honestly the food here is pretty bad. Our host/waiter was super nice but the broths had no flavor at all. The soy sauce was sour — I don’t even think it was actual soy sauce. The other condiments like cilantro were dry and dead. The meat was just alright, the best imo was the pork belly. The utensils and bowls are also pretty dirty. Wouldn’t come back again.

Used to be my favorite place before they changed the owner. Place was dirty. I had a hair on a slice of meat. Service was so slow and the waitress was so rude. At least the waiter was nice and friendly. Food was okay but WAY overprice for the quality and quantity. They dont give the right amount as in your order. Not worth it !! Never coming back.

WARNING: FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY.The worst restaurant in Montreal. We went there more than 5 times, and it was so good. However, since they changed owner, everything was terrible. The broth does not taste the same as before. We have to wait for a long time to get our pork, meat. We write down the order in the paper, give to them. They bring nothing to us, then we have to re-order and it took a very long time get our orders. My mom can not walk and have to go to the bathroom after eating the hotpot. It only happened when she eat this time, all the previous time at this restaurant, she never feel like this. It is because they put too much MSG inside. My mom passed out in the bathroom of the restaurant. We complaint too them, the cashier said they don’t put any MSG inside, but we are sure that they put too much. For those people who can not eat a lot of MSG, please don’t go here. Also, the food is not fresh and pre made.Please, for your health and safety, never go here to eat.

I used to go to this restaurant very often and it was quite really delicious.. But now, a lot has changed.Service was ridiculous... Especially the waitress in black with her bad attitude. The boss or the manager should check their employees and give them the basics of work ethics. At least the waiter was ok.Service was slow. (it wasn't even full house)Quantity of food was always wrong (either got less of what I ordered or I get an order that wasn't mine).And the place was not clean. Glasses of water was still oily and dirty.I thought the comments was just a bias.. it's the reality of this placeThis was just disappointing..

Unfortunately this place has downgraded a lot since I last visited (4-5 months ago). The menu has cut down a lot & food was not fresh.However, the male waiter was very nice and gave his 100% for the customer service, but the waitress had a very bad attitude. We asked her politely to change the glass because there was oil stains on it and she was very reluctant, as if we were bothering her! Later on, we asked her if she could follow up with the kitchen on an order (6x meat) that never arrived. She was very condescending, asking us if we REALLY want 6 orders of meat. We were 4 people and the portions are small. Anyhow, she said she would follow up. Shortly after, the nice waiter brought us the order and here she came with the same order as well. We tell her that her colleague already brought us what we asked for and she said “well you said 6 orders with me so here it is”.Unfckngbelievable.

The owner’s attitude is extremely terrible, she was not satisfied with me leaving 10% tip and asked me on my face to give more tips and threatened to call police on me if I do not leave more tips. My friend offered her another 5$ tip based my 10%, she almost robbed the money from my friend’s hand while also giving me bad attitude, I argued with her and asked the 5$ back, she had no intention to apologize to me and my friend and keep arguing with me with bad attitude. Don’t recommend this place at all, they are just money robbers who only care about money not their customers. Very terrible experience, I would rather not eat hotpot anymore than going back to this restaurant!! ??????

The food was good but the place is not very clean and hygienic. Our table had a film of oil. I found a thick piece of hair lodged into my pork short rib. The soup soon I grabbed from the self serve area was dirty. I had to wipe it down. You have to fish out your own sauce bowls out of a bin. The cilantro from the sauce section had rotten black pieces in it. Not a very clean place. Won't be back.

All the 5 stars are made by bots. I went eating at this restaurant this weekend. We ordered our dished. The first call, only 50% of the dishes came and most are veggies. We ordered meat (some chicken, beef and lamb) and we did not received any meat, only some seafood. The first call take about 30 minutes of waiting. We ask one waiter for checking the meat and he said that the kitchen is cutting the meat. 20 minutes later, we ask another waiter and then we were told that the meat is frozen and cannot be cut. So we decided to place a second order. This time, its getting even worst. We have received like 30% of our order after another 30 minutes of waiting. Oh and I have to mention that you only have 2 hours for eating...Conclusion, this restaurant is show as a "All you can eat" but they will only choose what they want you to eat. Meat are expensive, so they will not give you any meat. This is a scam, fully scam. Any 5 stars you see in this review are fake. Believe me and other that put the 1 star or go try yourself to see. They will give you any excuse they can find just to not give you the order you placed.
