I just discovered Le Kapsalon in Montreal and I am won over! I opted for the Big Boss Burger, the Kap Gaufre Classic, and for dessert, the Waffle Le Classique. Everything was simply extraordinary!

In addition to the quality of the dishes, the welcome was top notch. The manager is super nice and attentive, which makes the experience even more pleasant.

It was all there, really boys, all I can tell you is to come
It was crazy! I took the plate… POOOOUUUUAAAAH! Stratospheric! BBQ-Honey, Spicy, Tinders, the shawarma knocked me out! I cry over the chicken 🍗 Jamel a real boss in the kitchen, it was really good

Delicious burgers! Really fresh ingredients, original spin to the burgers, especially with the waffle. Love the sauces and the vegetable toppings. This is now one of my new local favorites!
