I would recommend to sit at the terrace for drinks and guacamole, but I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for fine Mexican dining. The real letdown for us was the food. We ordered their pre-arranged 3 course menu, which is meant to showcase the restaurant, but everything...
We had the discovery menu. The appetizers were tasty! The squash soup and trout confit were very good. The trout confit was creamy with a lot of flavour and the chip with the confit added a nice crunch. The squash soup had a good balance between sweet and salty. The main dishes were lackluster. Tacos were very delicious but I took one point off due to total lack of spiciness. We had the Baja fish and El Pastor tacos and guacamole. We were offered "spicy" for the guac but apparently they don't understand what spicy means. We even asked for a side of what tha called "habanero" sauce but I doubt any actual habaneros got anywhere near the sauce. It had little flavor and NO spiciness at all, zero.
That being said, we'd go back...
