We were at the Brossard location.
9am Saturday, no waiting line. Nice, dynamic ambiance.
Tables distribution excellent, not to close each other, places for solo, couples and groups.
The attendants were very polite and well informed.
Prices are competitive.
They are different, with their own style.
Not mass coffee serving, good quality of ingredients. Presentation of plates need improvement.
I'll go back.
Dear owner of l’avenue (Toronto location),
My friend and I attended brunch at your Toronto location on Saturday November 16th.
We waited in line for approximately 45 minutes. I was extremely disappointed with the prioritization of your friends when they came to the front of the line asking for a table.

Restaurant L'Avenue is a well-loved spot known for its great food and large portions. The lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote and pecan French toast are excellent choices, and many guests find the dishes delicious and filling. The drinks, including the Bloody Caesar and cocktails, are creative and not too sweet. The service is efficient and friendly, with staff being knowledgeable and attentive, even accommodating families with young children. With a funky theme and unique decor, this restaurant is perfect for a rainy day brunch or a trendy yet casual dinner. The beef cake and burrata are must-try dishes, and the atmosphere is great for a date night or a gathering with friends.
The restaurant has expanded to a larger and more spacious area, which includes a nice patio. Although some diners mention that it can be a bit loud and the space can get packed, the overall ambiance remains dynamic and inviting. Customers appreciate the quick service, despite the long lines, and enjoy trying different items each visit, consistently finding the food to be excellent. Many who have visited multiple locations agree that Restaurant L'Avenue is a reliable and recommended choice for brunch in Montreal. Overall, a visit to Restaurant L'Avenue is highly recommended for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.
