Having been served by Andy, I have only good comments regarding his service, his friendliness and his smile. I thank your bosses for choosing you as one of the representatives of this magnificent restaurant.

There were only 3 people in the restaurant at 8pm which was a red flag but we'd had a full day tour and didn't want to spend time looking for another place. Server was friendly but disappeared for ridiculously long periods between dropping off menu, water, drinks, etc. The worst part was they only have 5 main plates and they were unable to serve 3 of them due to missing ingredients (no lobster, salad greens, etc). Also could not serve 2 of the appetizers we requested. What we did have (salmon) was OK but it was so dark on the patio, we literally couldn't see what we were eating. The other person who was there left without ordering and we should have done the same. It's a shame because it's a large place and the patio is lovely. Hopefully they can turn it around as the old reviews are positive.

This was a very disappointing anniversary dinner for two. The kitchen was out of duck for the "Duck Cobb Salad" (one of the regular menu items and one of the reasons we booked Restaurant Oskar). When my husband's substitute meal arrived, it was smothered in black pepper, which he can't eat. While they replaced his dinner (it took 20 minutes), my lobster pasta sat getting cold at the table. They were out of the first beverages that both my husband and I requested (both were listed on the menu). Furthermore, when I originally phoned to book this special dinner, I was disconnected. So, I made a reservation online and in the "comments" section, I made a specific request and left my cell number should there be any problems or concerns. I received an online confirmation but no call or email about any perceived problem in meeting my request. However, when we arrived at Restaurant Oskar for our special anniversary dinner, it was obvious that no one had read the comments in my online reservation. But we stayed anyway and had a disappointing dinner. We dined on the outdoor patio, which could be pretty. But there was no music, no candle on the table and no patio lights (as shown online). When I was asked days later for online feedback, I wrote directly to the management about all of the above concerns and never received an apology or an acknowledgement of my feedback. To be fair, the food was tasty (though not served together), the server was polite, and the atmosphere COULD be lovely with a few improvements. But the restaurant management has A LOT of work to do to improve its booking system and the overall experience for guests.

(Translated by Google) Very good restaurant hidden in the Saint-Sulpice hotel with a beautiful terrace at the back. We had excellent service from our server Bruno who recommended wines for each of our services. We had a great evening there. The foie gras and the tartare were really very good.(Original)Très bon restaurant caché dans l’hôtel Saint-Sulpice avec une belle terrasse à l’arrière . Nous avons eu un excellent service de la part de notre serveur Bruno qui nous conseillé des vins pour chacun de nos service. Nous y avons passé une excellente soirée. Le foie gras et le tartare étaient vraiment très bon.

(Translated by Google) I expected better reading the reviews, it starts with a spritz that tasteless bring no straw there is none. Order of a burger not beef only with chicken but does not correspond to the menu, the sirloin spice up while the sauce was a priori with a sweet whiskey, no Bordeaux wine by the glass as indicated on the menu instead Chilean wine charge 2$ more without saying anything.

For full disclosure, I have not been to the restaurant and am only commenting on many phone and email transactions. I've been trying to arrange a special birthday celebration at the restaurant for a friends' reunion in July. I've called eight times and emailed twice to see what arrangements can be made for a birthday cake to be prepared in house or a carry in . Management has ignored my request to be contacted. The employees on the phone are helpful enough. The last woman I spoke to was extremely compassionate when I expressed my frustration with management's inability to respond to my inquiry. The person said that there currently is a transition in management and attributes that to the lack of response.I rated service as a 1 and gave both food and atmosphere 5s based on existing reviews and the restaurant's prior reputation.I'm hopeful this negative review sparks some attention but, unfortunately, not counting on it.

Looked for a restaurant after walking thru Notre-Dame and Oskar was a block away located in a hotel. Restaurant has a nice patio where four women shared a few items and nice bottle of white wine. Food was delicious and staff was attentive and friendly. We would come back!

A great lack of talent ! The foos was not appealing, not that good and 80% of plates were cold for dinner. We were 30 people and all were disapointed . You would expect a good quality in such a hotel but obvioûsly the chef was not at it best. The breakfast each morning : flat eggs overcooked! Dry bread toasts… I would really recommend to go eat somewhere else if you stay at the st sulpice.

Lovely service and menu

We only had breakfast here as part of the stay in the same hotel (back in June 2022). Well, quality was basic and any ad-hoc orders were slow (I suppose they had a single cook in the mornings). The worst breakfast of our Canadian trip unfortunately. We didn't come here for dinner.

We enjoyed our meals, our company, the space, the server...everything.
