Cour Arrière Reviews
We had breakfast here during our stay at the hotel. It was definitely below par compared to other places in old Montreal. Potatoes were dry, avocado toast was drowned in mustard, pancakes were served with thawed berries rather than fresh. For the same price or cheaper there is much better food in the area.
Great breakfast. Open earlier than many restaurants and my wife and I had a wonderful breakfast with great service. Pleasant music in the background. No reservation required.
It is a lovely hotel! My family and I really enjoyed our stay, thanks to the excellent service, clean and cozy room, and delicious breakfast!

Cour Arrière is a restaurant, hidden in the Saint-Sulpice hotel, known for its beautiful terrace. The service is exceptional, with servers like Andy who are friendly, polite, and provide excellent customer service. They also offer recommendations for wines to accompany each course. Standout dishes include the foie gras and tartare.
It is a quiet restaurant and bar inside the hotel, perfect for breakfast or evening cocktails. The breakfast is light, tasty, and generously portioned, with food and coffee that are delicious. The wait staff are attentive, helpful, and make sure guests feel welcomed. The bartender takes time to make drinks properly, and the drinks are excellent. The decor and atmosphere are elegant, with a bit of charm.
For larger groups, the team handles logistics professionally, ensuring an excellent experience with great food and decor. The restaurant is a lovely oasis of calm, ideal for enjoying a meal or a drink in a peaceful setting. Overall, it’s a nice place to relax and have a good time.
