This hotel is super close to the Bell centre and connect to the underground for winter walking.! The staff are incredible. Kind, professional abd very helpful. Our room was beautiful. This is one of my favorite Marriott hotels. We will definately be back to stay again.

I was deeply disappointed by the rude treatment I received when I called to make a reservation at the hotel I had previously stayed at. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, which left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. As a returning guest, I expected better customer service and was disappointed by the lack of professionalism. This experience has made me reconsider patronizing this hotel in the future.

The Chateau Champlain is such an amazing hotel. The service at this hotel is second to none, add that with the location to so many things with in walking distance. Hands down the best hotel in Montreal!!Rooms: The rooms are always clean and spotlessNearby activities: The Bell CentreWalkability: You can park your car with the valet and walk to every thing you need toFood & drinks: So many great locations with a short walk. Easy access ro the Bell centre
Been there for 2 nights at an event with my company. I liked the room. The service and the staff were very good. The food that was served at our event was very average. I wasn’t impressed with the taste or the flavours.One other inconvenience I found was related the parking access. You have to take different elevators and walk to almost another section…. So different levels and access is not so easy.Food & drinks: The food that was served at our event was average at best.

I wanted to like this hotel. Got the room on arrival at 11am, and the pillows are with feather filling, which I prefer. However, sheets are polyester :(
