Very convenient location. We walked most places and the Eaton Center mall was like a 10 min walk. Ian (Concierge) was the best! He kept us up to date on festivals going on and suggested great restaurants and sites. He checked in with us whenever he saw us. I will be coming back next year and staying here specifically because of that attention to customer service and relations. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable.
The service gets 10 stars 🌟 all day long from the front desk to the cleaning staff 👍. The rooms are clean, well appointed and modern.
You can feel the high end touches during your stay here for sure.
The location is 10 stars ✨ as well. You are right at the heart of downtown Montreal. And you are also at the Soul of Montreal because the Bell Centre is right next door … the Habs are the heart and soul of the city 😊.

Our (me and my friend) flights were cancelled due to labor strikes. We were stranded in Montreal. We arrived at the hotel lobby exhausted, with no pre-made reservation, suffering from anxiety from being completely in the dark regarding how we would get home.
Immediately the warm front desk made us be at ease and offered us rooms. We requested, if possible, rooms in a heigh floor and our wish was cordially granted.
