Great Tapas and Local dishes. We stopped for a late lunch and had 8 tapas plates and a couple of drinks. The waitress was very warm and welcoming. We tried the typical dish to the town ‘old clothes’ which despite the name was delicious! Very very good value for money.

Chicken croquetas not homemade, beef steak was poor quality. Not a typical basque tabern. At least they have Voll Damm beer

Worst experience so far in Fuerteventura. The worst thing was the staff: rude, lazy and unable to answer our questions about the dishes and unable to ask the cooker. The tables were dirty. The word to describe this place is LAZINESS. I would never consider to come back here.

ate here on our way driving through thr mountains from corralejo to morro hable. it's on the main road in pajara but that probably makes it a bit more authentic. my friend had the fish fillet with rojo potatoes and after some discussion with the waitress and another customer i chose the octopus 'old clothes',basically octopus and chick pea stew. Both meals were very tasty and with bread and wine the bill came to euro 23. There are also some small souvenir shops next door!!

We were two people for lunch, we ask for the menu, very poor and the service very very slow... they didn’t clean our table and half an hour waiting for the bill...

This has a reputation of being an excellent restaurant but just doesn’t live up to reputation. The food was ok. Theres a great aussie waiter but a rude waitress.

A good place for grilled fish. Friendly atmosphere and good value for money. Good wines and a variety of starters

Not the first time we have eaten here, but this time was particularly poor. The "tosta de anchoas del Cantábrico" (€7) was 2 anchovies (not even sure they were from the Cantábrico) on a tiny bread roll, with no accompaniment, and the "tosta de jamón ibérico en pan de cristal (??)", also €7, was half a mini baguette with tomato and olive oil... In addition, they added €1 to 2 of the dishes as a supplement for eating on the terrace, with no mention of this on the menu. Eating on the terrace also meant we had to wait longer for the food because the restaurant seems to take priority. No problem with the serving staff, who were very friendly, but I'll definitely think twice before eating here again.

Referred to this place on a Sunday afternoon driving from Granada to Madrid. Classy atmosphere, friendly warm service and excellent food and wine. A notch above other restaurants in Valdepenas.

Went here on a recommendation from a local vendor. Could not have been happier. Informal bar/ eating in front. Nice dining room toward the back. Exceptional risotto dish and tempura vegetables. Good wine and read/oil rounded off the meal.

Driving through this town on the way to Madrid. Oh my goodness, bring your appetite!! Feasted on fried Boquerones (anchovies) and paella style arroz de Bogavante!! Great local wine selection and great service. Tapas on the house with every round of drinks!

Being a vegetarian in Spain sucks. Sorry, can’t put it any other way. We asked in this place for vegetarian options. The vegetable soup was ok. Then they made the bean salad vegetarian. I definitely tasted the fish. On the one hand you can appreciate the effort of removing the fish from the salad. To me it is just a cheap move since I was not informed about it (the waitress only asked “ is your salad ok? “ ). Definitely fishy.
