Heard about their customer who was robbed AT the restaurant by THEIR own employee. Not only did the owners REFUSE to cooperate but they didnt even bother to show up in court and admit the busboy was THEIR employee even though the footage clearly shows said employee stealing the clients property.
Makes you wonder how many times this has happened - since this is clearly not a business built on ethics or customer satisfaction.
You could improve by actually caring about your clients, and how you treat them. What you did to that poor family is going viral, as it should.
Get a new chef, new management and a CLEANING service.
